Good took forever n not a lot of people were there for dinner. We were in a the start of the dinner rush. Took about an hour to get pasta and noodles. We were the only table out waitress had n she only came out once to ask if we needed drinks.

I recently relocated to the Laredo area and was a bit hesitant to try new spots. However, I was genuinely surprised by my experience at Cheddar’s. Compared to some of the surrounding restaurants, this location stood out. The cleanliness of the restaurant, the friendly and attentive service, and the quality and flavor of the food all impressed me. I definitely enjoyed my meal and will be returning

Food was great, the service could have been better. We had to ask for refills several times. We always had to ask for our server for drink refills. He never seemed to be around

This place never disappoints. The food is always delicious. We don't usually have to wait. We are understanding when we do have to wait since we're usually a part of 10. Even then, the wait is not too long. The restaurant always seems clean. The women's restrooms can use cleaning more often, but it's not too bad. Our servers have always been pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I have is that there's usually too much dressing added to the salads.

Loved the service and waiter was beyond sweet; when coming here ask for Sergio to be your waiter. VERY attentive and above all very polite! Definitely coming back!

Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen is like the dad joke of chain restaurants—predictable, safe, and a little boring. The portions? Huge. The flavor? Not so much. Everything tastes… fine, just nothing to write home (or Yelp) about. 🥱🍗

Service was hit or miss, depending on the day, and the drinks? Let’s just say they lean more kool-aid than cocktail. 🍹🛑 If you’re looking for a solid, no-surprises meal, Cheddar’s delivers—but if you’re chasing excitement, you might want to look elsewhere.

Food was trash, way too expensive for food that wasn't even quality

Wonderful place. I thought had me some good food and even got me dessert. Once I paid for my bill i got stuff wanted a to-go box but after I had paid I was completely ignored. Never got my to-go box. Had to overstuff myself. Waited over 20 minutes and got tired of being ignored. Guess I should have did a digital tip but wasn't sure if all of it would have went to the server who seemed nice at first had all intentions of leaving a cash tip but after that I just left seems my server saw I didn't leave a digital tip and completely ignored me. Wouldn't even look in my direction afterwards. Sorry for thinking you would have liked cash
