Hands down on this place! Awesome customer service! Went 2 times in a row Tuesday and Wednesday this weekend. The lady that took my order on Tuesday was great 10/10. Went again Wednesday and there was a young lady with a tall chubby man with glasses, lady was kind of not enjoying her job at all and was rude making gestures. The man had no gloves and was getting all over the girl & item where you make the ice cream. His clothes were not appropriate to be taking orders like...
Super tiny place tucked in the plaza across from the new Vietnam Veterns Plaza. You could get ice cream and walk around the plaza., Like most frozen treat places in Laredo, it smells a little like rotten milk when you walk in. Staff was patient as we called family asking what they wanted. I know we were annoying! Prices seemed steep for a small cup of ice cream but the cup themes were pretty delicious looking. Big thumbs up for the cookie monster from my little critter....
Service was amazing, always clean inside and perfect for a date .So many flavors and so many options ,the only thing you will struggle is choosing the flavors,everything looks so good and taste really good.
