I ordered from here several times a week. My vegetable egg rolls were very soggy! This is actually the second time this has happened. I’m not sure why you wouldn’t make fresh egg rolls if they have been sitting up. Totally unacceptable, makes me not want to order from here again!

the food is good but the service is just horrible. they always mess up on the order and never ever remember modifications. its the little things on orders that really make a big difference especially with sauces or drinks. they really need to be retrained or something because its constant the amount of times i have to call and complain that somethings missing or something not right. the employees are holding back this place. never coming back here ever again and i used to be a regular customer im tired of them getting my order wrong every single time

i cant believe i told them i wanted a lemonade with NO ICE 3 TIMES and they still gave me the lemonade with ice. they also messed up on one of my rolls. IM DONE with chopsticks they DONT CARE about how you want your food they just give it to you however you want. they are horrible employees who dont listen to a thing you have to say. never coming back here ever again

I love the food. I have ordered for both delivery & pick up from Doordash plus a frequent customer BUT the front desk cashier -the very short girl gives the WORST customer service! She is extremely RUDE! I'm just going to order from Posh Express from now on.. You need to reconsider your staff. She is really bad for your business.
