The owner treats her employees so wrongShe actually makes the waitresses go down on their hands and knees to scrub the floor She speaks to them so vulgar I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACEI wish I had more time here so i could actually help these woman and do something about it.Nobody deserves to be treated like this.

Very time we visit relatives here in Laredo, we buy four and sometimes five plates of Mexican Enchiladas, to share with relatives.Each plate has five enchiladas, rice, beans, diced potatoes and carrots.Wish we had a Delcy's Taqueria in San Antonio.

I absolutely just love coming to Delcy’s! The food is delicious and it’s made from scratch, good home cooking! The tortillas, gordita, tostadas and enchiladas are delicious! The staff is always friendly in person and when ordering over the phone for pick ups.

Another place in Laredo which uses the pandemic to get rich. The website says the dining area is open and we drove there and the dining area is closed because of the pandemic. These types of places should be fined for refusing to go back to normal instead of using the pandemic to get richer by not opening the dining area. Just horrible
