Very time we visit relatives here in Laredo, we buy four and sometimes five plates of Mexican Enchiladas, to share with relatives.Each plate has five enchiladas, rice, beans, diced potatoes and carrots.Wish we had a Delcy's Taqueria in San Antonio.
