“I placed an order online, went to pick it up in store and was greeted immediately. When I got home I accidentally dropped one of the pizzas. I called and spoke to the manager Nicholas. I let him know what happened and he said no problem come back and pick up a fresh new pizza. I’m sure to him it didn’t mean much but it went a long way with me. 5/5 stars for excellent customer service and staff. I never have issues ordering from here.“
