Ordering online as the drive thru is always backed up. The app estimated for me to receive my drink in about 6-7 minutes at the window. Gave it an extra four minutes and I was told my drink was not even started. It took another 12-13 minutes and I finally got my drink. The employee at the window was rude and in a bad mood. The coffee tasted ok, I expected better.
Next time I’ll just drive an extra few miles to get it at the number coffee company.

Disappointing experience. I ordered one large drink and one medium, waited about 20 minutes, and was given two mediums.
When I pointed out the mistake, I was fine paying for the upgrade, but then I was told I had originally ordered a medium. At that point I just asked to keep the drinks as-is, but they insisted on remaking them anyway, which wasted even more time.
After 45 minutes total, I requested a refund and left. Poor communication and unnecessary delays. Not the level of service I expected.

Really bad service. They take forever no structure. Line was short order still took 40 minutes and broista instructed 2 vehicles to follow same vehicle which almost turned into altercation due frustration from short line long wait time.

I used the app to order ahead and picked up at the window expecting a quicker experience. There were no cars in the drive-thru, yet I still waited about 10 extra minutes for my drink. Ordering ahead should help streamline pickup, so I hope this can be improved.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the Laredo location, as I believe customer service is a crucial part of your brand’s reputation. I’ve visited several other locations in South Texas and have always been met with attentive and friendly staff.
Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location fell short of those expectations. I placed my order in the morning and chose to pick it up at the window, hoping to receive recommendations and a warm greeting from the staff. However, it became evident that the staff overlooked my order. My item was left at the window and was only handed to me after I physically approached and inquired about it.
This lack of attention not only caused me to wait longer than expected but also resulted in my food getting cold. I believe that additional training for the staff could significantly improve the service at this location, helping them to take pride in their roles and prioritize customer orders effectively.

Customer service at it worst, the guy couldn't suggest any option other than he saying look at the menu. Kept looking around to his coworkers (don't know why) no attention to details as mentioned kept looking around and not paying attention on our orders, coworkers just kept getting together laughing and arguing about something not relevant to work (when maybe they could of move the line on getting some orders faster as some had already been paid, that would of move faster the line, took over 40min in line to get 2 simple coffees, can't opt to get out or ask for a refund since they dont give out receipt and once your in-line that's it's, you'll have to wait the almost an hour, nothing but a hype! Your better off with a ice coffee from McDonald's! Definitely service AWFUL! GIVING THIS LOCATION AN F! If leadership Don't believe me, JUST CHECK YOUR CAMERAS!!! But that me, my experience. Ill be reviewing this location in 2month.

Have been here several times and always ask for the same drink. When I received my drink today, it looked wrong so I proceeded to ask the worker if they had made it the way I asked with chocolate milk, they responded yes, when I asked if they were sure, they checked the tablet on my order and were insisting it was made with chocolate milk. Since when does chocolate milk look like this?

Loved the experience at Dutch bros! Line was a bit long but they were fast! We didn’t even last 10 min in line and they had the most amazing customer service! And coffee was amazing!!! Even the sugar free coffee was delicious!! Definitely coming back! 😊
