I used the app to order ahead and picked up at the window expecting a quicker experience. There were no cars in the drive-thru, yet I still waited about 10 extra minutes for my drink. Ordering ahead should help streamline pickup, so I hope this can be improved.
Loved the experience at Dutch bros! Line was a bit long but they were fast! We didn’t even last 10 min in line and they had the most amazing customer service! And coffee was amazing!!! Even the sugar free coffee was delicious!! Definitely coming back! 😊
What the heck just happened to me? I went thru the drive thru this morning, highly expecting the average morning coffee to get me going.
I was greeted quickly and friendly. For being 6:25 in the morning, I’m not used to people being so nice so early.
