bad customer service, No dan ganas de comprar she's so rude🥴
First experience at this place was very disappointing the young female with glasses that works here is not very welcoming at all:( Decided to give it a second chance and got the same experience as the first time. The crepes are good but not worth getting with the customer service 👎🏻

Terrible customer service, not just this time but it’s always the same girl. She has a lot of attitude no matter how nicely you order. I love the crepes and due to that I stopped going for a while 😩. Then today I made an exception thinking “nah probably she is not there today, or she improved in providing better services” but NO! 🥲
Crepe was ok I had a lady wait on me and she was not friendly at all. Probably will not buy there again.

They Always have an attitude towards the customer! Crepas are good just the customer service sucks
just like everyone else says, the 2 girls who regularly work there have terrible customer service. its obvious that theyve never been trained on how to make things up to people.
I really liked the girl, very attentive.
Horrible Customer service, asked kindly for a utensil and got an ugly response with horrible attitude. All I asked for was a Strawberry Nutella crepe and got a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, ruined my day. If you’re going to work at a place of customer service, at least try to have a good attitude.

I always make sure to stop at La Creperie every time I'm at the mall. THEYRE VERY GOOD!!!

Happened to stumble upon La Creperia and was pleasantly surprised! Simple menu but delicious food, made fresh while you wait.

I haven’t gone since the pandemic started but I legit always beg my husband to take me to la creperia every time we go to the mall ❤️ if you have a sweet tooth and love to try new things I recommend you all try La Creperia at Mall Del Norte ! They not only have sweet treats to add in your crepe but they also have pizza and salty toppings in case you’re in for a salty snack! ?
