Best tacos al pastor ive had in Laredo! Was waiting for my tacos and they actually cooked the tortillas from scratch not like some other restaurants that have the plates ready a few seconds after ordering it. While I was sitting there someone ordered a crepa and damn! I will be back for one!
Ordered the quesabirria tacos. I couldn’t finish it, the mean was too chewy and hard to bite through, it tasted old and reheated. The limes were hard and dry and there was a hair in the taco.
Very decent Quesabirrias. We ordered two combos, each one included 3 Quesabirrias with an 8oz cup of birria broth (a.k.a. consomé), the Birria broth made of sheep had a bit more flavor, the tortillas are big and they seem to be hand made, which gives the Quesabirria a nice touch, also the cheese has a decent flavor.
