Every time we’ve gone, whether by the app or window, they always get the order wrong and some of the cashiers have bad attitudes. Idk how you can get a simple order wrong, either laziness or illiterate. Terrible service.

Start to finish (poor service) “Que van a querer” was the first thing heard through the drive through. Asked for the mobile code but didn’t wait to be given. Person who we payed the order to was friendly. Pick up window. Wrong drinks, wrong order, we repeated what we ordered and gave us the correct drinks. Get home and we realize they gave us the wrong order. I called the store and of course no answer. Went back to the store and they knew we were the ones who had received the wrong order. Manager did not apologize but looked very unpleasant and unwelcoming. She did not apologize, she in fact looked bothered as if she was the one receiving the wrong order.

I ordered curbside and got there at 915pm. Didn’t get my order until 945pm after I had to get down and complain. The rep didn’t care a reeked of weed. I had to tell him I was still missing fries and a burger. Horrible service, they either don’t care or hire people that don’t care. Customers, please verify your order before you leave!

30 minutes! 30 minutes to get an incorrect order and no sauces for my kids chicken nugget meal or ketchup. When the order was “corrected” it was still wrong. I would expect that type of wait from Dairy Queen or Whataburger but not McDonald’s. Please do better at checking the orders as this seems to be a problem at this location. Pretty sure Ronald McDonald would’ve done a better job LOL.

they somehow always get my orders wrong even with the simplest things. when i go tell them abt it, they seem bothered abt it.
Neat place, with really nice customer service by Raul. The food isn’t all over the place like how a lot of McDonald’s serve their food. The cleanest McDonald’s in all Laredo in my opinion. UPDATE: Now place is filthy and understaffed. The little staff that is working are not courteous at all and the restroom doesn’t even have soap. The drinks are warm and taste off to make it worse.

Food order numbers are not even called out when your order is ready. Not even a thank you when paying for your order.

The Order status screen frequently shows More ORDERS TO PICK UP...than are actually ready! And people crowd around to pick up their orders, but they are not finished and something is always missing.
