Dumbest thing ever I was told this particular franchise don't offer refills bc of COVID which hasn't been considered pandemic state in yours. This makes absolutely sense I've visited numerous franchises in many cities and have never been given this idiotic response to a refill
Ordered thru drive thru 10 piece meal and two Big Macs. They took 20 in line to get order. When I got home nuggets were missing. I tried calling to the store and never got an answer!

I visited this McDonald’s today and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was simply trying to use a code for a coffee, but the code would not go through on their side. Instead of helping me, the cashier shut me down immediately. When I tried to explain the issue, he literally put his finger up at me as if to say “shhh.” That is completely disrespectful and unacceptable.
I asked to speak to a manager, and he told me to wait. He disappeared for over 20 minutes, and the manager never came out. During that time, several employees in the back were laughing, talking loudly, and clearly mocking the situation instead of assisting a customer. There were at least four employees back there, yet the front was not being attended at all.
All of this… over a simple coffee. I’ve been to many McDonald’s locations— south side, and central—and the service here is by far the worst. The cashier even refused to give me his name when I asked.
No customer deserves to be ignored, mocked, or shushed when trying to resolve an issue. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and respect.

Great customer service from Santiago!
Ordered a meal in the Drive-Thru and was asked to wait in the parking lot. It was never delivered to me. They wasted 25 minutes of my time. So I just went to a different McDonald's.

We always get breakfast here before shopping at TJ maxx and HEB. Premises clean, and staff is very friendly.

2 burgers 1 basket fry 30+ min wait. employee almost gave our order to some other dude.
absolutely crazy.
Was not greeted by drive thru lady, she was on her phone, asked for hot n spicy with cheese got charged a mcdouble. When inside store told an employee got a spicy with no cheese, when inside again. Employee was taking out trash with gloves and most sure he gave the burger with same gloves he had on. Oh and wrong sauce.

Food & Frape good and fast service!
Manager Maria Rodriguez took our call tried to resolve the issue of our missing items on our order. Called back to get my items at another location she mentioned we can get them and the same excuse given to us that she was in the restroom. No call back and no info taken from us and the manager dora at another location wouldn’t help us either. Really unsatisfied with this service especially coming from the managers.

Was just there with my parents and my two nieces, we walk in with a stare from 2 employees as if they were bothered or something, our food was alright. We asked an employee there if they were going to open up the playground because my nieces really wanted to go and play, but she said they were closed. We did not know that they had already closed, my nieces were disappointed so we came to Burger King so they can have some fun and not having to be feeling rushed by an employee. Now they are so happy running and playing.

Placed a curbside order and part of my food was missing. I tried calling the location, but no one answered. I didn’t want to drive back since this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. Very disappointing experience and lack of reliability.

Horrible customer service by the manager in charge. She has attitude and the way she talk to customers is so rude. The employees are more helpful and nicer. Sorry that a manager like her has to be in charge of a restaurant. Has been here several times and her attitude is always the same, rude, no smile, answers back, no solutions, at all. Horrible management

Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. My whole familys food was disgusting so we told the manager and she said “too bad” “ youre the one who ordered it”. Im appalled by the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism.

Graveyard shift workers are incredibly hostile and shady. They send you to the front of the restaurant to reset the timer and constantly peak out at you, food takes absolutely forever all while they walk around the restaurant doing nothing and looking at you while doing what looked like messing with your bags for... Some reason. Honestly don't even know why I come to this one, I probably won't anymore. I hope corporate or the franchise owner reads this review. Fire and replace your night shift crew hired on these days or do a serious investigation. they're up to no good and are harming the reputation of your business. Should also note that neither the shift manager nor the employee were wearing the name tag. I never like to bully minimum wage workers but these two girls are always here and these problematic behaviors always happen when they're here.
