Sometimes you just need some food and don't have time to go to a decent place. One burger was OK, one was old, stale, and cold. The fries were cold and stiff. You have to ask for ketchup and napkins and salt now. They no longer have them out in the restaurant. Just about what I expected from Mickey D.

Sometimes, when you're out late on a school night trying to get a new refrigerator, and it is 10 p.m..... you crave some Mickey-D's fries and a quick meal. A quick way to feed the complaining kids.
McDonalds is in decline.
Gone are the nostalgic days of a fun, kids restaurant. Yes, the remodeling looks nice, but WHERE IS THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS? And gone are the days of Styrofoam cups that kept your drink cold for hours. And, the touch screen "do-it-yourself" ordering is so annoying!
The food is edible, but that's not a burger compared to Whataburger. The fries keep me going back once every few months to satisfy my salty craving despite having watched a documentary on how they are made. Enjoy.
Second time I come here in a month. Thought that the first bad experience was a one time thing,but unfortunately not. Very bad customer service on top of the wait time. Everyone is in a very bad mood, young and older employees alike. Very disappointing.

The manager from this place lacks etiquette. She treats customers rudely and in a terrible attitude all the time. Whenever I go through Drive Tru to the place my order, she always makes me wait up to thirty minutes. She has been impolite not just to me but to also to my peers who visit this place. She immediately reacts angrily and with attitude when you speak to her politely. An extremely poor example for the other staff members. Better management is required at this facility.

Actually, at this McDonald's it has already happened to me several times that they always make mistakes in the orders that have been requested; I don't understand what the problem is there...?? whether it is that of the manager or the employees. I asked for an order of 20 nugets... and they only gave me 10 and what frustrates me the most is that it has already happened to me again and one starts to trust again, I don't check anything until I get home... and the bad thing is that I live in Indian Sunsent...that is what exasperates and frustrates me...I am against giving any bad opinion because I agree that no one is perfect...but this is the last straw...talk to the manager of there and the employee who helped me... they gave me a bonus of 10 nugets for the mistake... but that was not the point... I emphasized that they had to pay attention and care. But...as far as I'm concerned I'm not...going back there.

Not to be classist but it is the best Macdonalds in Laredo, and I have eaten in others from the corporate itself and from the coffee that tastes better to the atmosphere.

Amazing place to dine in. Amazing employees and amazing food like always. This is my favorite McDonald’s in the city . One of your employees is excellent I think his name was Luis . Not sure though but he made my experience amazing. He refilled my drinks in seconds and made sure my food was perfect . I highly recommend this place. ?
