Made my regular purchase at the kiosk. I got it. I asked the lady for an extra cup and she said we don’t give away cups. I told her to sell me a cup and she sold me a cup of ice for the price of a Dr Pepper. Worst service bad energy. She should have charged me just for ice. Never going back. If that’s the way you treat travelers. Whataburger has more options I want a refund

Why do they insist in putting people who dont speak english or who refuse to speak it, taking orders at drive thru. Nothing against spanish but if you re taking orders, learn to speak english, they have messed up orders before because of it

Sometimes you just need some food and don't have time to go to a decent place. One burger was OK, one was old, stale, and cold. The fries were cold and stiff. You have to ask for ketchup and napkins and salt now. They no longer have them out in the restaurant. Just about what I expected from Mickey D.

Sometimes, when you're out late on a school night trying to get a new refrigerator, and it is 10 p.m..... you crave some Mickey-D's fries and a quick meal. A quick way to feed the complaining kids.

Gone are the nostalgic days of a fun, kids restaurant. Yes, the remodeling looks nice, but WHERE IS THE FOUNTAIN DRINKS? And gone are the days of Styrofoam cups that kept your drink cold for hours. And, the touch screen "do-it-yourself" ordering is so annoying!
The food is edible, but that's not a burger compared to Whataburger. The fries keep me going back once every few months to satisfy my salty craving despite having watched a documentary on how they are made. Enjoy.
Second time I come here in a month. Thought that the first bad experience was a one time thing,but unfortunately not. Very bad customer service on top of the wait time. Everyone is in a very bad mood, young and older employees alike. Very disappointing.
