This is the worst customer service experience I ever had! When I picked up my order, the employee gave me attitude and refused to check if my order was correct. Once I came home, I noticed that several items were missing. When I called to resolve the issue, the employee responded with attitude and told me that I should have checked. I told her there was items missing and she insisted she was right instead of admitting she was wrong! This is the employee's job! I shouldn't have to do this! Never come to this place if you want to have a pleasant experience!

Lady with the red hair and glasses has terrible customer support skills, very disrespectful and confrontational. My order was wrong. I ordered a happy meal the night before specifically for the pokemon cards. My receipt says pokemon under the happy meal so the order is unfulfilled, they also could have informed me they ran out of the pokemon happy meal toy and everything would be ok. I came today to see if I can exchange the toy cause the order is wrong. Lady tells me they cant exchange toys so I ask for a refund and she says I have to return the happy meal?? Its not a retail store lady. She was not helpful at all, just willing to argue back with costumer instead of explaining throughlt what the policies are.

Check your food before you leave the location especially if you ask for fries but get apple slices and NO fries. BUT this location is way better than the one by HEB Plus.
Parking: Parking was a madhouse since the restaurant was parking all drive thru orders and making those customers wait 20+ minutes for their food.

lmao worst mcdonalds ever, so i place a mobile order and we get it, i got a 10 piece and they provided one 4 piece and one 6 piece. so essentially these people are lazy. they did not provide any dressing even when i put it through the app. i called for an employee and she ignored me. so obviously im not trynna hold up the line i ask for another employees attention and get nothing for abt 3 min. all that bad energy shifted from the entire staff to me. work here if you hate your life. work here if it’s your last option. work here if you got nothing going for you cuz these people checked all the boxes. rude ass workers do better general managers when you hire.
