Terrible service every time I visit this McDonald’s. The managers and staff are always rude, and you never feel welcome.
Today I had to wait over 30 minutes for a simple burger while sitting in my car—no one came to help. When I finally went inside to check, the burger had been sitting there the whole time. The manager just said “sorry.” My time was wasted and I ended up with a cold burger.
Some staff members can’t even communicate properly in English, which makes things worse.
The kids’ playground is another disappointment—always dirty and poorly maintained. It’s a nice idea to have a play area for children, but it’s far from hygienic.
I really hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

7/29/25 McDonald's McPherson and del Mar Laredo Texas 8:15 AM Hilda Vega, a restaurant manager, did not honor the order I placed on the app and she did not want to validate my reward for a large coffee for 0.99 cents. Instead of helping me, she scolded me because according to her I should have let her know before getting to the counter. She told me there was nothing she could do, speaking contemptuously and in a loud voice. I will not go to that McDonald's again because my dollar is worth more elsewhere.

Waited more than 10 minutes for a single biscuit on a Sunday morning at 7AM! Had to get down to get order and it turns out the order was not processed! Will never come here again!
I woke up this morning craving a sausage biscuit with cheese. Guess what I got? Just a regular sausage biscuit by the time I had gone home and checked the bag. I was already upset. People need to double check because they won’t do your order correctly. @ McDonald’s try hiring people who know how to follow directions.

I had ordered multiple times from here and lately things are missing. for example, today i ordered 2 breakfast combos and an extra free hash brown for my birthday reward and i didn’t even get none of the hash browns. I didn’t go back because i was already home and didn’t want to make a fuss but really?

Exceptional morning crew! Order was delivered to me as I requested. The girls all had high spirits and were ready to provide great customer service! Good job girls and keep up the great work!!! I highly recommend this location for breakfast!
