Great Product , BUT bad customer service. I like to go at 9pm but they close at 10 and employees are always Non inviting . They put up tables are sweeping and moping despite the high traffic of customers. They also close the restroom because they clean it early . This review was posted July 21 at 9:35

Really nice place, just wish they had better seating. Although I've gotten used to it, the big table just feels out of place. I love the music they put on mostly k-pop based and it feels authentic. I am a little disappointed about that one ice coffee item being taken off but maybe I was the only fan. I love this place and it's an amazing place to just come in and sit while drinking boba with friends. The tapioca is always running out for some reason, think it's happened twice before but I think because I was there later in the day when a lot of customers were coming in. Amazing and nice workers as well! My sibling dropped a drink and they remade super quickly even if they had a long line. They also attended to the spill quickly. I LOVE U MISS COWWWUHHH

I ordered a coconut smoothie with boba, my favorite. However, when I tasted it, it was more of a milky tea. So disappointed. I was really hoping for my yummy smoothie.

My first time coming and eating stuff from this establishment, it's ok, I'm not a big fan of tea or frozen yogurt, I ordered the oreo something I forgot the name, BUT it was a bit flavorless, I really couldn't taste oreo or maybe chocolate. But we had a good time. My girlfriend ordered a mangonada Bobba or something like that, it was really good, I should have ordered that instead. Soo my opinion it's ok.

Disgusting. I had gotten myself a big cup of frozen tart alone because it’s my favorite. It tasted like dead animal it was so sour I know I wasn’t the only one because my family had also said the same thing. Worst part is I payed 34 dollars for this. Never again.

I recently visited this bubble tea place, and it was a total disappointment. The drink I ordered (frozen taro tea) tasted like nothing, just ice, but when I complained about it, the staff just shrugged and did nothing to replace it. On top of it, they charged me extra to add a little more flavor. The service was lackluster, and the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth—literally. I won't be returning anytime soon.
