Service is good. Borrego quesabirrias with consomé are really good. Other food is good too but if you like lamb you must try this. The best quesabirrias I have tried in Laredo. Manteconchas are good. Consomé de borrego is really good and a good size portion.
Go for the machete and bring an appetite or someone to share it with. Several menu items from fish, pozole, tacos and tortas too. They are known for the machete, so give it a try. They have the restaurant on the south side and a mobile unit off McPherson.
