Pano's had always been my familys' to-go bakery. And eventho I moved to the valley some years back, this bakery still continues to be my go-to bakery. I don't just buy for myself or just my family. I buy enough for my family, my in-laws & my friends wouldn't go anywhere else. My favorite are the regalitos! I wouldn't give it up for anything.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why local businesses do not last in Laredo because they have no sense of what good customer service is. I placed a large order of bread for an event with days in advance and they assured me that it would be ready on the day of my event. The day before my event I got a call that the order was ready, but when I showed up, they told me nobody had called in that order. I explained that i was told my order was ready and the employee said “I don’t know what you’re talking about. I received no apology or solution for this huge mistake at all. The employee had a horrible attitude and did not try to help in the slightest. Then people complain that nobody wants to support local, well it’s because they are disrespectful and do not treat you like a paying customer.

We went on a cold day line was getting long and wit only one lady attending the customer's... I actually felt awkward asking for all my bread in less than 2 min ? because people wanted to get out of there fast
