“I came with my wife for brunch. The hostess was very nice and welcoming and our order was taken very soon after we sat. I ordered the ribeye omelette with a coffee, which was very good. My plate came out and it was very simple; beans, omelette and some potatoes cooked in a salsa. It was very tasty and I’d order it again.“

“Pizza is so cheesy and delicious! The employee with a rose tattoo was very kind, and he made sure my pizza was given to me exactly as I asked for it. He also wore his mask and followed the covid regulations. He was very chill and the pizza was amazingly made! Great place :)“

“Really nice restaurant looks like it’s new. The people were nice and the pizza looks great. The only problem I had was my pizza was not cut in slices. Other than that the pizza look great. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The female at the register gave me the toppings as I asked for other than the pizza not being cut I have no complaints. I will go back again.“

“So story time I'm at a pizza hut in Laredo.... I was here in December right before Christmas , I was waited on by a kind young man , his name is Santiago and he's 17 I know that because he just came up to me and said hello Mr... I just wanted to say hello and it's been awhile since I've seen you , the last time was right before Christmas and I just wanted to let you know much I appreciate your kindness and the note you wrote me on your receipt ... Then he tells me that I made his day & thank you !!! He talk to me for the next few minutes about family ect... I can tell he's a hard working kid just try to make it in this tough world ? honestly he's the 1 that made my day !!! His father must be proud of him !!!“

“Probably the best pizza I've had in my entire life. From the bread, to the toppings and everything in between, it was quite literally to die for. If you are any type of a pizza fan, you NEED to go check El Horno out and taste every single pizza on the menu. Leo attended me and was a very helpful with the selection process. Check them out!“

“The attention from the staff was excellent, they welcomed me with a big smile (something rare in many places), they told me about the options in great detail and the delivery was fast (approximately 10 or 15 minutes). The manager was very attentive. The pizzas were very delicious!“

“I've only had 1 pizza, The Works, but it was really really good. The Flavored crust really works. More flavor than all other franchise pizzas, perhaps with the exception of Papa Murphy's imo. I will definitely be going back to try other types. Indoor seating is minimal.
Parking: Should be plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible I believe.“

“It Has Been Yrs I Have Been Inside A Pizza Hut To Dine And Out Of All Times During Covid...I Told My Husband Lets Go In & Sit Down While Quite And Enjoy A Fresh Hot Puzza Without Having It Delivered. Best Thing Ever!!! The Pleasure On Being Waited By Mr. Gonzalez , A Very Attentive To Us And Two Other Set Of Customers As Well. He Is A One Man/Gentleman Show!!! He Sat Us Down At Our Table, Brought Over Menus And Asked What We Wanted To Drink. Promptly Brought Them Over & Took Our Order. At His Age He Should Be Enjoying Retirement, But You Could See He Had So Much Heart Doing What He Loved Best. When I Asked Him How Long He Had Been Working There Because He Was So On Top Of Things & His Customers, We Were So Shocked 40 Yrs. He Did Everything With So Much Pride. We Are Just So Joyed Of His Spirit And My Husband Has Been Here A Few Months Building A Restaurant Across The Street. He Said To Me, You Know As Many Times I Have Ordered For Myself Or Guys And Never Came In To Eat. I Wish Our Youth Would Learn Something From This Gentleman. Lunch Was Awesome And A Blessing To Mr Gonzalez We Will Never Forget Him~ And His Pride For Working For Puzza Hut And Making Customers Welcomed~“

“During our recent lunch visit, we were absolutely delighted by the outstanding service we received from two incredible team members—Mariann and Arlene. From the moment we walked in, their warm smiles and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a truly pleasant dining experience.
Mariann was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Arlene matched that same energy with her genuine friendliness and proactive approach—making sure our plates were cleared promptly, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.
What truly stood out was how both Mariann and Arlene made us feel like valued guests, not just customers passing through. Their professionalism and personal touch turned a casual lunch into a memorable outing. It’s rare to find service that’s both efficient and heartfelt, but they absolutely nailed it.
Kudos to the restaurant for having such wonderful staff—we’ll definitely be back, not just for the pizza, wings and ice cream, but for the fantastic service from Mariann and Arlene!“
