This is my favorite Pollo Palenque because they do have customer service and are very courteous to people.Great chicken and always hot and fast service.I have to say that San bernardo Pollo Palenque is the worst we just had to go today because we were close but customer service is at worst the person that was given the orders una bad mood l bought a family ordered and asked for 6 chiles toreados and was told that only 4 came with the order and they were going to charge $1.69 extra.Mcpherson...read full review
Non of the people preparing the food or serving are wearing a mask only one employee. Some have beards and facial hair and do not have it covered, sadly we found hair in our cup of beans.
Manager was nice enough to refund our money as we got disgusted with the incident.
Place needs to have employees wear masks and proper wear for facial hair.
