Waited more than 30 mins on food. Employee comes and checks up on me and asks “todavia no te dan tu orden? Se pasan ya llevas más de 30 minutos aquí.” She was nice enough to ask if I wanted my money back. Manager comes and apologizes but honestly 5 cars passed by with their order and I’m on the side still waiting for mine. I’m very disappointed. Not coming here again. Ordered food at 4:30 and I don’t get my order till 5:10. Very disappointed

I have always loved popeyes chicken bit when I went today I wanted spicy and they told me its a 20 minute wait. OMG that is all they sell. Well I just got mild because it was ready. I get home and it was all over cooked. This will definitely be the last time I buy from them. Popeyes on Guadalupe 😡😡😡😡
