October 28 at 10:30am I went and asked for a pb delight first my Mother has an accent with some english Words and the guy who was taking our orden in the drive thru didnt speak spanish no one did so thats something wrong with manegment you are in a hispanic city and your workers dont speak the main language. We waited 20 minutes for the order and we go it we tried to pay with a 50 a 30 dollar order we know they dont accept bills over 20 but we had pay with 100 before and they always gave us change back so why not this time. I told her that the order was wrong she gave me a smothie instead of what i order and she was raising her voice to me i was just telling her that this wasn't what i originally order and she got agressive telling me if i wanted it changed i could pay for it but they wouldnt fix their obvious mistake i hope they have cameras and mics in there so the manager hears how she treated us and takes action because if i was the manager and see my worker doing that i would of fire her in the spot

The girl with the braid that usually does morning shifts does a really well job providing customer service and a great smoothies. I definitely recommend this place rate it 10/10!

Was very disappointed by the manager's attitude at this location. Went with a friend on October 17 and got two separate orders. They ended up charging the orders on the wrong cards despite stating what card was for what order, but the gentlemen's who worked there quickly fixed the situation by issuing us a refund for the mistake on their end. However, only one refund was received and after calling a few times I was finally able to get in contact with the manager who was rude about the situation and stated how these kind men were not supposed to give us the refund even though the mistake was on their end. She had a very unprofessional tone and stated how they lost production over giving us the refund. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and instead of the manager helping she put blame on the two workers who did the right thing.

0 - horrible experience! We were in line prior to closing they took forever on the person in front of us and then it got to us it was 10pm and they told us they were closed! That’s crazy! Its just a smoothie!

It's almost as if they hate working there.
They all look miserable for some reason and make you feel unwelcome.
They lack and/or have no customer service skills.
All you guys are doing are shakes and fruit bowls c'mon.
My shake was icy and bland. If I wanted an Icee I could have just gone to the gas station down the road.
Not looking for a refund or anything free.
Just be better.

I really only like to come to this SK when there is one specific girl working. She is very fast and efficient. Last time i visited SK and she was not there I had to wait 20-25 minutes in the drive thru. There is no reason why I should wait this long in a drive thru 😒 and this is not the first time. This SK customer service is very poor. They only have teenagers managing this place. Never going back!
