Customer service is trash! Girl at drive thru needs to step down from that position and give someone else an opportunity. Someone that will talk to you with patience, respect and gratitude pretty much the Starbucks standard. This lady didn’t even bother to look at me while asking for my card and when she gave me my order she just closed the window and left to the back. No “Thank you” or “Have a great day”! Literally just slammed the window and left. Management should reevaluate employees that work the drive-thru, especially at a prime location. I would name drop the employee but she didn’t even bother to give me my receipt.

Girls on the drive thru window are so rude!! Asi from getting order wrong and charging extra they still give attitude ? very poor customer service nothing compare to the great employees from the mall and Saunders...att manager please lead your workers to give better service because they are the face of the establishment.
