Was at the drive thru speaker and was never told anything for 2-3 minutes. So then I proceed to the window to order. When I get there, the cashier said “you can’t do that” and refused to take my order. Keep in mind I was in line for 20 minutes before this. How ridiculous and unprofessional of the staff. I was never told “one moment please” at the speaker so how am I supposed to know to stay there after 2-3 minutes of silence. Expecting me to go to the back of the line again due to your failure to tend to me in a timely manner at the speaker is absurd. Now you get less business and a negative review. Highly recommend NOT going to this place.

Today I came to pick up a mobile order from Starbucks and the girl who was in the wind. Ow she was super rude and ghetto and then she couldn't even tell me here's your order. She just threw the order there and she just left. I had to go get closed and see what was the order. And I guess that was mine. I thought they had a better customer service.

This location does not know how to prepare a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I have given it a few tries and every damn time they make it wrong. It’s always dark and bitter. I believe these people dont follow the instructions on how to prepare the coffee because every time it’s a different kind of bad. I’d recommend you drive a few more minutes and visit the Del Mar location instead of this one.

Did a mobile order and received a half full drink with air filled foam from the shaken espresso, they don’t fill it up all the way and add hella ice to fill up the missing product. Very poorly made and bad tasting drinks!! Don’t recommend

Been going to Starbucks for about 10 years already and this location was the first to ever make my drinks that tasted horrible. I had never asked Starbucks employees to remake my drinks until now, fortunately I went to another Starbucks down the road and they were able to remake my cold brew and matcha the way they always taste. Green tea matcha had spoiled milk and the cold brew was made with the wrong coffee and the cream used was also spoiled. I will never order anything from this Starbucks again. They need a SERIOUS checkup or audit of some sort.

They are very rude at this location, the young lady “manager” clearly does not care about the customers and did not care that they served me dirty, grimy drinks. The refresher (which I order all the time) had disgusting flakes and a grimey thick consistency. It was for sure expired, but they don't care here! When I asked her if she can please find out who made my drink so that they can get to the bottom of what was specifically used she said she has no way of finding out since they are all over the place. Worst customer service and apparently the best place to get unsanitary, dirty drinks. ??

Gave this location a few tries, ice tastes like dirt, thinking maybe the machine isn’t cleaned. I usually always order on the app, i’ve probably order there. few times, and when i pick up the order they always ask me to wait. Overall this location is poorly organized.

I just went and ordered an iced lavender creme oatmilk matcha and it wasn't even correct, it was a simple iced matcha latte. I didn't want to return. I'm not one of the people who complains, but they should pay more attention to what they order.
