I take my little girl here everyday after I pick her after school and for the past two weeks she orders Carmel crunch frappacchino they tell us something is missing.Really 2 weeks then maybe this location should go away with this item.I still pay the same price which we all know is not cheap. Very disappointed!!Do the right thing and stop over charging for a drink not complete with all ingredients. Shame on you.

This is not the first time I share my experience at a Starbucks. This happens at every location in Laredo except Target locations. I usually ask for a grande brown sugar shaken espresso with only two shots of espresso, and my cup literally has a whole gap left to be filled. I don't understand if its because I'm getting one shot less why not add more milk to fill the cup? I don't see getting a price reduction for getting two shots instead of three. It's the same price, yet the cup is not fully filled. At this point 7Brew is by far better.

Ridiculous! Customer service is terrible! Walked up to window and was told wasn’t ready. It took 15 min extra from what app said it would take. Bad experience here!

Service was horrible, also worker was very rude, didn’t want to attend us and almost threw the straws at us, made us wait 10 min when the order was placed online minutes ago. Horrible experience never again!!!

2 days in a row and my order is wrong. Order 6 shots get four. Ask for half and half, got almond milk. Everybody loves to start their day off with the wrong thing that they paid for. Thank you so much I will not be coming back here

Terrible experience. Took 20 minutes by the speaker when there was only 2 people ahead of me. Just for my drink to come out wrong. I paid extra for fruit inclusion and I got little to none. The workers were blasting music and could not even hear there customers.

It's a real nice looking spot. The issue is the service! They are very slow, and the tomato on the mozzarella focaccia was bad. I hope this gets corrected soon. My coffee was also very low, too much foam. But like mention, the wait was too long

This place USED to be good. I used mobile order and my drink wasn’t ready so I had to drive back around and get in line only to receive a notification saying it’s ready for pick up as soon as I get back in line had to wait another 10 min. Service is bad and drinks are not full to the top.
