Worst location in Laredo.
Every time I order a venti drink, they never fill it close to the top; they always leave a big gap. Even with regular ice and extra creamer. This is the ONLY location that does this. When I bring it to their attention, they say “We can’t fill it all the way because it’s store policy.” They act like that extra 2 oz of coffee will affect their paycheck somehow. I’d rather drive the extra miles to go to any other location but this one.

While it’s true that Starbucks can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, the friendly and efficient staff make the experience worthwhile. Their professionalism and genuine smiles help maintain a positive vibe, even when the line is long. Best location in town!

I honestly think they just picked anyone to just work here. It’s not hard to read an order… somehow they mess it up each time. I imagine when the baristas make a drink here that they’re in la la land and make the drink by how they feel and what they think should go in the cup in front of them. 😹😹Super incompetent. I wonder how often corporate heads there for a store visit. 🧐

VERY slow service. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes from the expected time my mobile order was said to be done. Once I did get my drinks, they tasted watered down. Disappointed to say the least.

Pulling up to drive through with my girls, when the person taking my order made me felt rushed then as I got to the window the service was extremely rude when all I asked for was my receipt and he tossed it to me hoping I'll drop it. Still keeping my cool and waiting for my drinks he had someone else pass my last drink to me. When I asked for the employee name, the took offense and refused to give me the names. Certainly will not come to this location ever again.

Store is always low on ingredients, they never have anything! Customer service is poor wouldn't recommend, if u have to drive an extra 2 miles do it to avoid this location!
