Stripes + Laredo Taco Company

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

The guacamole had turned brown and the meat in the tacos was so tough they couldn't be chewed.

dear lord don't stop in Gatesville for this place. you'll starve before you get served. needs new management and people need to learn how to clean as well....

Food was disgusting and they were missing items.

Laredo Taco Company, in that location, needs to pay more attention to breakfast taco preparation personnel; it was around 10:00 am in the morning today, and they were running out main food dishes.
They refused to do more potato and eggs even though my order was for 8 Q bacon.
I accepted a different eggs option, but only bacon and eggs were available. When preparing my tacos, I noticed the guy was not adding bacon strips inside the tacos, I questioned him why, and he said that there was no more available, l lost 30 minutes of my time in this situation so I have no other option to request my refund.
Please provide a better training and conscience the employees to increase their customer service skills.

I realized they forgot to put 1 taco so i drove 12 minutes back and called the manager she checked the bag to see if i was missing one then ordered to put me the last one i was missing but then she tried to juke me by grabbing a random taco sitting there and said that i have the missing taco here then one of her workers told her that was another one not mine

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

We stopped here on our way back home to gas up and use the restroom. We love tacos and decided to order some upon arrival.The restrooms were not cleaned and only one stall had toilet paper. The salsa bar was emptied and dirty which was disappointing. I went to get a coffee and none of their fancy coffee machines were working for regular coffee. As I paid for my food the gentleman who helped didn’t greet us and seemed annoyed. I left without mentioning the restrooms needed toilet paper and all coffee machines needed refill. It’s a great location and has tons of potential but my visit was not pleasant. Won’t be visiting again.
