The staff is always polite when I'm there on the weekends, and they make the food very nicely if my order is delayed for some reason they always make sure everything turns out perfectly fine the compliments are definitely deserved, also, I don't know if anyone there has access to who manages the app for this unit, but it would help if they could start preparing the orders I make on the app when I select "pick up ASAP" without me having to tell them I'm there to pick it up It's the only place that does it like that, I forget to let them know I'm ready to pick up when I first walk in, which delays the whole thing

I ordered chips and cheese and did not get my chips. Why pack cheese and not grab the chips all together. I ordered the steak quesadilla and the cheese wasn't even melted and the tortilla was extremely chewy. The Doritoes Loco taco had about 98% lettuce and about 2% beef literally. I have been to other locations and I get served more beef than today's visit.
