I ordered in advance on the Taco Palenque app thinking it would be more convenient. The app will only set it to "pickup inside" but I thought I could just ask for it at the drive-thru. Finally after waiting in line and my order was paid for and ready on the counter, I asked if they could hand it to me but the employee adamantly refused and told me to park and come inside after wasting all that time waiting in line. Bad app. Bad service
