To those reading this that are passing through or visiting.....please go and experience the freshest best tasting Tamaulipas Mexican food east of the border. What makes it so great? Fast, fresh, great tasting and the toppings bar with help yourself chips. Arguably among the best tortilla chips in Laredo. Thick, warm and crispy. Don't come to Laredo without checking it out. Skip the burgers and get real food.

Waited 25 minutes to get my order. I don’t mind the wait but the fact that he mistakenly gave our order to someone in a different truck and he then retrieved it from that same truck and gave it to us… all a few times I’ve been here. It’s a really long wait and not even worth to get the food.

Buy a "SUPER" Quesadilla. How super it only has the name. A normal tortilla with cheese and very little meat. And then they ask you up to 2 times what sauce you want, I don't know if they end up giving you what you want. That's just pure pico de gallo, they don't know what to do with that's all they give you.

The cashier in charge at 4:45 pm on Sunday 10/13/2024 was super rude making movements and making faces with annoying gestures when asking for the order and very despotic told us that if we wanted someone else to serve us they should NOT have that kind of attitude With clients, on the contrary, they must put on the screen what is being requested to avoid inconvenience. Besides, the order was sent incorrectly and they still claimed that everything was on the side of their screen.

Horrible horrible breakfast tacos.

The service is bad at this location. If you go through the drive-thru, they will make you park and wait about 20 minutes before giving you the food, and it's a guarantee that something will be missing or it will be the wrong order.

In addition, the food is over-priced, and the food is not prepared correctly.

Their staff is completely incompetent.

Not a good experience. I wanted to buy breakfast before work, I saw there was no line and I ordered 2 tacos (potato with egg) at 5:40am. I was the only one in line at the time. Later on, more cars arrived and they started giving the orders to them. They took about 20 minutes to give me my order because they were cooking a whole batch of potatos with egg, which I understand they probably can't only make for 2 tacos. However, if you know u are going to get traffic starting at 530 am, start prepping food a little earlier. Also, the lady was giving me the wrong order, and I had to wait again to get my correct order. I expressed my concern in a calm manner that I was waiting for 15 minutes already, she ignored me and she did not apologize. I feel like customer service is no longer a priority. It's unfortunate I have to be writing this review since I do like Taco Palenque.
