when you pay kool aid prices, don't expect a champagne room, if you are expecting the Carlton Ritz or the Waldorf Astoria, you came to the wrong place, now if you want value, with very nice employees and a comfortable quiet nights stay, then this is for you, the hallway carpet could use cleaning, but all in all I had a great stay here, I would definitely return again.
We checked into hotel Ava again after a year. Last time we were not that impressed but decided to give them another try. They gave us room 1227 double bed and lots of room. Has a bathtub also. This hotel also features a good free breakfast which is better than a lot of other hotels. The pool is enclosed and more private. I would say a great stay and we can see the upgrades are happening now. Good deal for the price
