I used to enjoy my daily cup of coffee from Starbucks until I discovered The Hermit Specialty Coffee. I highly recommend trying their coffee, especially my personal favorite, the UVI-Young Producer Program. As Arnold famously declared, "I'll be back" and chances are, you will too if you give it a try.
Today I received an sample of The Hermit Cafe. It was the one from Mujeres Cafeteras. I am not a coffee afficionado so I let my wife try it. She opted for a 15 to 1 ratio utilizing a pour over method. After she took the first sip I asked, what do you think? and she said let me get a another sip and she ended up finishing the whole cup without saying much. So i asked again and here was her review.
