It's very bad when you order food the cashier with her or his dirty hands makes your food and when you tell them they say that the manager told them that they have time to wash there hands

March 6th 2025. Went to pick up online order which didn’t went through the app. Everyone except for the manager was helpful. Manager was super rude and unwilling to help and showed attitude towards us. Change the manager and the branch will do much better in my opinion.

Only reason I stop was to kill time while wait for my appointment.Employee are not the best, is like they don’t want to be there. Not the cleanest my shoes as soon as I step in got sticky. Food cold and like it had sitting there for sum time. Never again 🤮🤮🤮🤮
just ordered food on this Wendy's and there was a hair on my food. DISGUSTING

Came around to order breakfast biscuits and was disappointed with the purchase. Seems like small eggs and less bacon in the flatter sandwich this time... not as robust as it used to be. Biscuits are still excellent.
New years eve, picked up some burgers. Wow!!! very good!!! I can see why there is always a line in drive thru....👌 And don't forget the breakfast biscuits!!

If I could could zero stars I would. Woman at the drive thru is possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in a fast food setting. She is ride for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I’ve encountered her twice and both times you lost business. It’s a shame you have employees like this and lose customers. I will be honest you, as for myself and my family we will NEVER again be customers of this particular Wendy’s location. These incidents occurred during the week at around the same time. Once on a Thursday afternoon around 3:30 pm and today Tuesday October 15th at 2:50 pm.

My daughter walked in to order and the manager was on group chat while my daughter was waiting for her to finish for almost 5 minutes. Unprofessional service, rude manager, and lacking service skill. Never again I will give Wendy’s a penny.

I came in about 3:20 and about 30-40 middle school kids came in screaming and running, jumping over tables and horseplaying. This really takes away from the experience of sitting down with tour partner to have a nice chat while getting some food. These kids had no supervision whatsoever, not even management came out to get them under control. Never again on a school day around dismissal time.

Disappointing Experience: Wendy's Pretzel Baconator ReviewThe Wendy's Pretzel Baconator was a letdown. The pretzel bun was dry and lacked flavor, the bacon was chewy and limp, and the cheese was barely noticeable. The overall burger lacked the usual juicy, flavorful punch of a Baconator. Considering the price, this sandwich fell far short of expectations and isn't worth trying again. Stick with the classic Baconator for a better experience at Wendy's.
