“We had such an AMAZING experience with Mr. Tony Barrios and his team at Burgers & Chile Loco. Not only were they able to help cater a last-minute lunch we needed for 30 people, but they also went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. Food was absolutely delicious!!! It arrived right on time and was kept hot with the buffet style set up they provided for us. 10/10 recommended!!!“

“I got a double meat burger. It was delicious. The bun was fresh and did not get soggy, that's important to me. The burger had mustard, lettuce, chopped onion, tomato and dill pickles.
The owner was very friendly and funny.
I highly recommend calling in your order because it's a really popular place and the wait is long, especially when you're hungry. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall is because I had to wait 1 hour for my burger. Listen carefully because they call your name when your order is ready.
Oh, one more thing, you can't eat your burger on the premises so be prepared for that.

“Great beer and fantastic fries. Fries were super crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

The beer menu is very good and has a nice variety for everyone.

Everyone really enjoyed the queso fondito!

The taco entrees were good but a bit pricey.

The quail taco was good and unique. I get that quail can be expensive for the amount of food you get.

I personally wasn’t a fan of the short rib/brussel sprout taco.

My wife’s taco bowl left something to be desired as far as portion and flavor. It was not bad, just not a $15+ plate of food.

“Finally got to try Cheesesteak House for lunch today and it was absolutely amazing! Having grown up just outside of Philly, I’ve been in Texas since I was 12 years old, I’ve been on the quest to find the best Philly Cheesesteak in Texas, and I think Cheesesteak House is quite possibly the best! “I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “Can't Go wrong here Bacon cheese burger worth it. Good service. Generous portion of bacon , not a small burger. My son ordered jungle burger w double meat . Medium and was cooked perfectly . Waitress very nice and was very educated about menu and choices“

“Considering their dine in area is a bit small however the customer service is very friendly. Your being greeting the moment you come in. They have samples of the pies they sell. The young lady mentioned if there was one we wanted to sample just to let her know. I liked that gesture. I had breakfast my plate was great everything cooked to my standard. “Really enjoyed my visit to The Brass Tap in Rockwall! We were there for a networking event. The customer service was great—everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive the entire time. The drinks were good and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. There are plenty of TVs all around, so it’s an awesome spot to catch a game or hang out with friends.

I didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, but everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked really good from where I was sitting. I’ll definitely be back soon to try the food because it looked worth it!w“
