“I've been through the bad the good and the ugly for 20 years visiting Sonic. I usually stop in the mornings but avoid high crowds on Saturdays which can be a bit of delay. The Mon- Frid. morning shifts are quicker and efficient. Very friendly attitudes so far. This new crew is considered to be the good. I will never rate them a 1 star for being understaffed " slow or messing up orders. I rate friendliness and these crew has it;; patience is a must this days without being demanding on a small town that is slowly growing.It be great if they can open up a drive in window just to order drinks.“

“Honestly one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. There's a reason why they only open for 2 1/2 hours..... if you are anywhere in DFW you have to make the drive to Boots Burger. Just good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!“

“Promised to come back for another meal since the first visit ended in being disappointed due to limpy fries and a dry burger. So 2nd visit was guarded. Ordering here is a pain. Everyone wants something different so it slows the ordering process to a snail crawl. Ordered a Monster Burger. Dry. Fries are not crisp at all, they are as limp as before. What's with limp fries? Meat is tasteless. The need to go to Culver's to compare what a burger should taste like. My wife had a Hotdogs. It was very good but again limp fries. On a scale of 5 and 5 bring superb..we would rate our meal as a 2 and it's our last visit. I will stick with Culver's and Boots Burgers for burgers.“

“Great place with a great owner! We loved Cheesesteak House when we lived in Rowlett, and I'm not ashamed to admit that we've made the 40min drive back to the restuarant after moving away. Always a great experience, you can tell the owner cares about his restuarant and customers“

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “My family and I had an excellent experience at Culver’s in Rockwall! We ordered a variety of meals—burger meal, CurderBurger, and two kids' meals—and everything was delicious. The custard for dessert was the perfect sweet finish! Special shoutout to Mary, who took our order and made the whole experience even better with her friendly and efficient service. We’ll definitely be back for more!“

“This is the best bar in Rockwall!! The atmosphere is amazing!! They are located right on the lake so you can see the water and sunsets while you are having a great time with your friends. Also the staff is the main reason why I keep coming back! The whole staff is always working so hard, my favorite member of the team is Rheagan, every time I walk in I always get the friendliest greeting with a smile! She gave me the best cocktail suggestions and was very attentive to me and my table every time I come in it’s always 5 star service. Always checking on her tables and making sure everybody is good! I highly recommend going to see her because she will have you leaving with a great experience!!!“
