“I got a double meat burger. It was delicious. The bun was fresh and did not get soggy, that's important to me. The burger had mustard, lettuce, chopped onion, tomato and dill pickles.
The owner was very friendly and funny.
I highly recommend calling in your order because it's a really popular place and the wait is long, especially when you're hungry. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars overall is because I had to wait 1 hour for my burger. Listen carefully because they call your name when your order is ready.
Oh, one more thing, you can't eat your burger on the premises so be prepared for that.

Typically get the Cowboy burger and the wife gets the charlies burger.

We get fries and onion rings to share, the rings are tasty and crisp.

We always get the fried pickles and jalapeños, our favorite appetizer.

We mostly order take out but the Resturant has a cool vibe and we like to dine in when we have time.

“I wanted to tell you about one of your managers at the Live Oak, Texas location. Ms. Arnesia (or Amesia if I spelled it wrong). My family and I live about 20 miles from this location. You don't have many locations where I live, but the food quality to me is worth the drive. However, this time we ordered out of convivence. We ordered food via a food delivery app (DoorDash) and was devastated when we received EMPTY bags at our front door. Over a $100 food order and it was gone. I drove to this location with the bags in hand, and when I asked to speak to the Manger, I met Ms. Arnesia. She explained how I was the 3rd customer that had happened too that day and she had already reported the driver. She helped me to do the same. She was working deliveries and ensured us the orders were included and sealed. She was so sorry it had happened to me and my family. She asked us to not eat any of the remaining items for our safety. She reprocessed the entire order including the drinks and shakes. I'm sure being the third person with that issue that day during her shift, should have allowed for her to at the very least have some aggravation. She never spoke, displayed, or seem to have any negative reaction at all in correcting this situation. When I arrived, I was furious, and I left feeling so care for and appreciated and safe. After meeting Ms. Arnesia, I won't be going anywhere else for my American Burger meals if she is there. She has added to your quality and delicious food with her exceptional customer service. I can't thank her enough for saving our weekend and keeping us in good spirits after all that had happened. People make time to file complaints so easily but fail to praise the people who stand out and go above and beyond. I made time for Ms. Arnesia today. “Finally got to try Cheesesteak House for lunch today and it was absolutely amazing! Having grown up just outside of Philly, I’ve been in Texas since I was 12 years old, I’ve been on the quest to find the best Philly Cheesesteak in Texas, and I think Cheesesteak House is quite possibly the best! “We went yesterday for dinner, my husband and I shared the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. The portion was large so sharing was a good idea! It was the perfect amount for us that way! The CFS was very good! The mashed potatoes were good and so was the corn. I would have preferred it not on the cob but I just cut mine off. My daughter got the kids chicken fingers w/corn on the cob (her favorite food lol). She ate everything and said it was yummy! Our service was excellent. Very attentive and friendly!“

“Y’all have to go in there and try their autumn special drinks. These drinks are so amazingly good and of course I had the one with the caramel in it. We also had the bang bang shrimp, which was amazing. Go up there to brass tap is the perfect weather you could sit outside with their outside seating and look at the lake and enjoy your meal. Atmosphere customer service was a 10 out of 10.“
