“We ordered two pizzas today, while the national call center service was horrid once we got through to the Lavon location was great. Person that took our order was friendly, delivery driver went above and beyond by even bringing us our amazon package that was on porch. I see several bad reviews for this location, if they hire everyone like the two folks we encountered today that should go up. I will add if you live in Josephine best to call in order, issues with delivery boundaries.“

These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. “Let’s start out by saying from the moment I stepped in, till I sat down I felt welcome. Everyone was attentive. I ordered the loaded fries, fair price $11 dollars. It was deemed as a shareable entre , it doesn’t look like it , but it is. I personally would have had more seasoning on the fry and bacon. Overall 9.3/10. The drinks were 10/10. Not too strong but just right. I tried the margarita flight and oh my! It was amazing!!! The several other drinks I had were spectacular. I tried their “BBQ and Bacon pizza”. I replaced it with buffalo sauce, it was 8.5/10. The dough / crust was 10/10. Enhancing more flavor like a sufficient amount of toppings or sauce would bring it up to 10/10. “I ordered pizzas to be delivered at a certain time on a hectic, rainy Friday night. I put in the instructions that we had crazy dogs so please just leave the pizzas on the porch and we would grab them. Not only did they deliver our pizzas at exactly the right time, but they left dog treats with our pizzas. So fun and thoughtful! “Picked up two pizzas, one had a lot of toppings, the other one has hardly any toppings! I do have to say the pizza tasted very good, at least the first one did. I was just very disappointed in the second one.
UPDATE I went back today and I have to say I am totally impressed! Pizza was wonderful (3rd picture) and the guy that brought it out to me at the curb side was very nice! I will go back!

“tried to call in and order for pizza tonight and had a lot of trouble with my order taker come to find out they were in a call center not even the local store. they put me on hold and then hung up on me my second attempt the person was not any better could not understand them and they could not get my order right. so I called a third time it was told to call back in 3 minutes and she tried to hang up on me and then she would not give me a supervisor to speak with so I decided to drive to the local store. I was very frustrated and ready to tell them that I was not ever going to eat a Pizza hut pizza again but the manager that was on duty named Christy was super helpful and very nice. she definitely won my business back with her hospitality I will not be calling in anymore food but I will definitely be going back to my local Pizza hut in Rockwall on ridge road.“

“Just whent here to eat after a long fun day with the kids and it was great, not too busy and a good variety of pizza but if you're not happy with those in the line you can always ask them for a apecial one you can put the ingredients you like, prices are still nice even though their getting up Just like everything else everywhere. The restaurant look clean except the people sitting behind us had a big mess they left three tables together full of dirty plates food and napkins on the floor they left and didn't pick up anything from their table but the rest of the restaurant was very clean. On these restaurants we pick up our own trash and dishes since we don't need to tip anyone but anyways. These was our first time to eat at these location, and the second time eating inside the restaurant since the pandemic two years ago, workers look friendly will definitely feel comfortable to come back again.“

“One of the best restaurant staff I have seen on this side of the city. We ordered $5 pizzas through the mobile app and I did not look at the pricing carefully. The app gave a $5 promotion for one pizza and the rest was in full prize. I did not realize until I picked up the pizzas from the restaurant. I returned to the restaurant to ask them if they could do something. Unfortunately system did not allow them to do any store credit or return the money. The staff suggested to call the manager. But, surprisingly 10 minutes later one of the store staff called me and she took care of everything by talking to the manager herself on the phone. They revised the bill.
