“To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. If you have the funds I think these young people deserve a reward of some kind. Thank you for hiring and training your employees to treat customers in the way they would like to be treated. “They’ve had the best pizza for over 10 years. I remember eating it as a teenager, and I decided to get some while passing through the other day, and it is just as good as I remember. They said 20 minutes, exactly 20 minutes later- we had hot & fresh- amazing pizza. My boyfriend tried it for the first time and was in love. Prices are 100% worth it in my opinion, and WAY better than anything else you can get around Farmersville/Greenville.“

“We have come here for years , some people will like and some not, not crowded you can actually talk to each other and not have kids running around and a bunch of racket. great place for a teenage guy to take a girl on a date that they can talk to each other. Entrees are large.“

“This was the most amazing pizza I’ve ever had! The crust is divine! We got a half bbq chicken and half pepperoni/sausage. Ordered cinnamon rolls for dessert. These rolls are my new favorite!!! Will and his family are so kind and friendly! I highly recommend this to anyone traveling between Dallas and Texarkana! It’s our new go to stop!“

“First time going. We will be going back. It is super easy to order, and it was delicious. We each got our own pizza. That way, you can each put on it exactly what you want. Since the pizza is baked in fire, it doesn't take long at all.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and cauliflower crust.
Kid-friendliness: They have a 6" pizza for kids.“

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Napoli’s! Their food and incredible staff always exceed my expectations….Every single time I come, no matter what I order, the food is OUTSTANDING and the extremely friendly staff …They are AMAZING and treat customers like family…. Today they brought a slice of their homemade deep dish pizza (yet to be introduced to the daily menu) and asked for my opinion. Of COURSE, it was EXCELLENT! (See pic 3) I always order meat sauce with their garlic bread as an appetizer every time. Highly recommend! (See pic 4) My top fave is the Penne Chicken (as seen in pic 1& 2) … Also, the Chicken Scarpariello is another that I highly recommend….. But really ….You can’t go wrong with any of their dishes! All are EXCEPTIONAL! Oh and if you like cheesecake, get a load of theirs …. It’s their grandfather’s recipe…. Whoa!!! Like I said, I cannot say enough about them. I’ll stop myself there as I could go on and on!“

“Let’s start out by saying from the moment I stepped in, till I sat down I felt welcome. Everyone was attentive. I ordered the loaded fries, fair price $11 dollars. It was deemed as a shareable entre , it doesn’t look like it , but it is. I personally would have had more seasoning on the fry and bacon. Overall 9.3/10. The drinks were 10/10. Not too strong but just right. I tried the margarita flight and oh my! It was amazing!!! The several other drinks I had were spectacular. I tried their “BBQ and Bacon pizza”. I replaced it with buffalo sauce, it was 8.5/10. The dough / crust was 10/10. Enhancing more flavor like a sufficient amount of toppings or sauce would bring it up to 10/10. I will be back, the food, drinks , and atmosphere was amazing. All photos attached. I tried to truly enjoy the moment.“

“The manager I think that’s who it was is so nice he’s usually In the front and he delivered tonight he didn’t have change on him and all I had for $20 pizza was $6 and wish I could have given him more last time I walked in the lady in front her pizza was wrong and he handled the situation so good. “I ordered pizzas to be delivered at a certain time on a hectic, rainy Friday night. I put in the instructions that we had crazy dogs so please just leave the pizzas on the porch and we would grab them. Not only did they deliver our pizzas at exactly the right time, but they left dog treats with our pizzas. So fun and thoughtful! We always have a good experience with this Rockwall location but this time they really went above and beyond. Thank you, Domino’s, we appreciate you and your thoughtfulness! ❤️“

“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chuck E. Cheese and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by two team members, Aniya and Neiman. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for our group.
Aniya displayed exceptional professionalism, handling every interaction with warmth and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a noticeable difference in our visit. Whether assisting with game credits or ensuring our table was well taken care of, she truly exemplified what great customer service should be.
Neiman also stood out for his willingness to go the extra mile. He was attentive, patient, and proactive in making sure everyone—especially the kids—had a fantastic time. His positive attitude and enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere, turning a regular outing into an extraordinary experience.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated team members who take pride in their work, and Aniya and Neiman certainly set the standard. Chuck E. Cheese is fortunate to have them on board, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts in making our visit exceptional.
