“The delivery driver set our food outside on the ground without even ringing our doorbell to notify our food had indeed arrived. So now our food is full of ants and not one person would answer the phone to correct the out right negligence with the employees to employer's. Just pure down right out of control with the breaking of health and food handlers to straight lack of either respect or common sense.“

“To the manager at Napoli's in Wylie. I want to compliment you on your staff and the service I received the last couple of times I've been there throughout the Christmas holidays. These young people were very friendly to all customers both in person and on the telephone. They were busy about their task at hand. I never saw them cutting up or just standing around. They were all working. I want to give a special compliment to Joseph our waiter who checked on us several times throughout our meal even though it was crowded. He was very kind and respectful.And also to Caitlin or Kaylan who took my phone order. She was very friendly and helpful. “We wanted to try something new tonight so we placed an order online. Food was delivered through DoorDash and the dasher used a hot bag for delivery (shout out to her!) we were extremely pleased with what we ordered. We got the drunken master class and the meatza and both were delicious! We will definitely be ordering again.“

“Stopped in to try it, but I hadn’t heard anything yet. So glad that we did. My husband got the Meats. He loves Neapolitan style pizza and he said they delivered. A pretty self explanatory pizza with pepperoni, beef, bacon, and ham. The star was my pizza. the Blanca. OMG!!! This is leaves the Alfredo spinach pizza in the dust. It starts with the alfredo and mozzarella. That is where it leaps ahead. Goat cheese, chicken, bacon, and arugula takes it its leave and shines bright. I topped mine off with their Texas Tea, infusing Deep Eddy’s sweet tea with blackberry liqueur and lemonade. Amazing.

Couldn’t remember the name but managed to track it down today while I was in the neighborhood, and it was just as delicious as I remembered it! It’s pick-up only, but the owner is so kind, the staff cares, and the food is beyond worth it. I don’t live close but I may make the trip just for them alone“

The staff went above and beyond to make it up to us with some delicious appetizers while they finished up our orders. Mistakes happen, but we definitely will be visiting again soon.“

“I ordered pizzas to be delivered at a certain time on a hectic, rainy Friday night. I put in the instructions that we had crazy dogs so please just leave the pizzas on the porch and we would grab them. Not only did they deliver our pizzas at exactly the right time, but they left dog treats with our pizzas. So fun and thoughtful! “Really enjoyed my visit to The Brass Tap in Rockwall! We were there for a networking event. The customer service was great—everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive the entire time. The drinks were good and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. There are plenty of TVs all around, so it’s an awesome spot to catch a game or hang out with friends.

I didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, but everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked really good from where I was sitting. I’ll definitely be back soon to try the food because it looked worth it!w“

“Took advantage of the 2 LARGE pizzas for $24 deal that is offered on the website. Received my order and I’m a bit underwhelmed by the size of said pizzas. We love Marcos and have ordered large pizzas before and they were much bigger than these. They even sent these pizzas in large boxes. These are size medium at best. I am leaving high stars because the quality of pizza is excellent and we will order again. Just underwhelmed is all.“

“I have been coming to this Schlotzsky’s for 10+ years and can honestly say I love the fresh buns that are made daily and my go to is the Bacon Beefy Smokey cheesy on jalapeño bread paired with jalapeños chips and a coke! 10/10 for sure. The owners take pride in this place and you can tell. One day I will make sure to use them for catering! Love this place and can’t wait to go back again soon.“

“tried to call in and order for pizza tonight and had a lot of trouble with my order taker come to find out they were in a call center not even the local store. they put me on hold and then hung up on me my second attempt the person was not any better could not understand them and they could not get my order right. so I called a third time it was told to call back in 3 minutes and she tried to hang up on me and then she would not give me a supervisor to speak with so I decided to drive to the local store. I was very frustrated and ready to tell them that I was not ever going to eat a Pizza hut pizza again but the manager that was on duty named Christy was super helpful and very nice. she definitely won my business back with her hospitality I will not be calling in anymore food but I will definitely be going back to my local Pizza hut in Rockwall on ridge road.“
