We came tonight to celebrate my daughter’s birthday since we’ve been here before and enjoyed both the food and service before. The lady that’s taken care of us before was the sweetest. Tonight, however, we had the male server and he/our experience was terrible. He hardly checked on us, half the food was dropped off by someone else- which is fine - but he didn’t come check on us after and it wasn’t even busy. At payment time though, he was quick to see if we were ready 2 minutes after dropping the check off. We then noticed he added an 18% gratuity, so we asked him if that was for 5 ppl, he said 6. I’ve NEVER heard of a SIDE (we got broccoli) counted to charge as an ADDITIONAL person. It’s a SIDE dish not an entree, a SIDE dish I ate and shared HALF with our NINE MONTH old BABY! When did it become okay for a baby who eats off their parents plate to be charged as a full person?! - He told us he counted the baby! SO ABSURD! The never of that server!

My son and I really like this place and have generally had good experiences. Naturally, when my mother was visiting we wanted to take her here.
The only patrons present for an afternoon late lunch, service was pretty weak. Then, a really lewd song starts playing over their system—pretty loud—that my mom and my 10 year old son both reacted to.
We mentioned it to one of the, I believe owners, and she went and changed it in a bit. Which is good…. But honestly, it’s kind of wild the song in question was even in the playlist. I’m talking really raunchy.
Food was ok this time. It’s been better. Overall, will come back plenty because the sushi and steamed buns are top notch.

My husband and I are foodies and we had been looking for a good ramen and sushi place and Aki did not disappoint! The food was amazing, we had the Tonkotsu ramen, and a few of the rolls. The aki roll was incredible. The service was great as well, Yao and Coco took great care of us! 10 out of 10!

This place is an absolute gem! Everything from the sushi to the ramen, is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. We love coming here regularly and enjoy trying something new each time. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Oh my gosh, from the service to the atmosphere to the food; ✨spectacular✨ Our first time here and we really enjoyed everything! We had the shrimp dumpling appetizers too and also was so so good :3
