Cafe Petra Greek and Lebanese

Great little Lebanese place, with great food. Emily our server was very friendly and helpful. The kibbi was especially delicious, as was the chicken shawarma and fried halloumi cheese. Highly recommend it.

Cafe Petra is amazing every time we eat here. Food is fresh! Emily is a great waitress.

My grandson and I had a wonderful experience and loved the food. Our waitress Emily was very sweet and helpful. She explained the different flavors and sauces. We will definitely be back and will tell our friends of our experience.

We had falafel sandwich and falafel plate. Milderd was very sweet. She accommodated our dietary needs (no onions, garlic) .

Useless wait staff can’t even get 2 cups of water.

-we order on DoorDash all the time from here and the food is great, however when trying to dine in, a female staff member dropped menus off asked what we wanted to drink and then just walked over and stared at us. Like come on now, how hard is it to get 2 cups of water?

Had great service. Amazing food I got the Petra Sandwich and my fiancé had the Mezza 1 all the food was amazing and had tons of flavor. We also tried the Spanakopita which was breaded and fried spinach and something else and came with the tzatziki sauce (cucumber). We definitely would recommend !!!

This place is horrendous. I liked most of the food, but I have to order on Uber Eats to get the buy 1 get one free Gyro plate deal, and they Aaaallllllwwwwaaayyys get my order wrong. They either fail to send the order with plastic ware and napkins, or I only get half my order, or the order is wrong all together. I will absolutely NEVER spend another rpwny there again, and I urge you all to do the same.

*edit* I never called and cursed anyone out. Wanna know how I can confirm you are lying? Uber Eats has a function that allows you to rebuy old orders. I was buying from you guys almost daily until I got tired of getting bad orders. I didn't select ANYTHING wrong. I ordered based on the same order as usual, yall just didn't bag me up a second plate like the promo says. I told yall what happened and yall didn't honor a refund. But guess who did? Uber Eats. They saw my order and they saw what actually showed up and gave me a refund. I will never spend another dime there. You guys have the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I hardly ever complain too. To get me that frustrated says a lot.

I ordered the gyro plate and the meat was extremely thin, very dry, almost cold and the rice was warm at best. Husband got the chicken schwarma and it was warm as was the rice. The trio dip we ordered was good. Services was good. Charging a 2.5% surcharge for using a credit card when it’s a business expense claimed on taxes is ridiculous, especially when it’s not disclosed prior to paying. We will not be eating here again.

In response to your explanation about fees, I suggest maybe looking for another processing company that has lower fees. As a business owner ourselves we understand getting charged a processing fee but would never pass that on to our customers who choose to spend their money in our place of business.. It’s just another expense of running a business and taken off on business taxes.
