Chicken Express did not depress! I kept getting told by friends to come here. Not the most appetizing looking signs, but the food was great. I ended up ordering the spicy fried chicken tenders and they were fire! Kind of like a Popeyes flavor, but better. The gravy that came with it was good too. Nothing homemade or anything, but it did taste decent (better than any other fast food gravy). Mashed potatoes and gravy were decent. The mac and cheese was delish, but the noodles were crumbled to pieces. The biscuit was okay. The sweet tea was pretty good. But the star of the show in my opinion was their rolls. They were so freaking delicious! I'm going to have to come back for just rolls and chicken in the future. Nice employee as well. I'm glad I finally ate here!

Came to get the tea because it's usually really good, it tasted and smelled like water from a pool. Poured it out and tried to get Dr Pepper instead, and it came out clear. Asked the pretty blonde girl for a refund, and she gave me my money back with a stank attitude. Then she put the cup I just drank out of back on the stack of cups for somebody else to use. Idk what happened, but this place used to be good.

It is always something with this place! It’s either the credit card machines are down, then you ask for change and you don’t have change but you ask customers to pay in cash! If it’s not that you have a long wait time for the food! It’s annoying and not good service. How many times do you think you’re going to inconvenience your customer before they just stop patronizing you!

The food was good, and they gave me 6 pieces of chicken when I only ordered 4. However, the first thing I noticed when I opened my food was a piece of hair stuck on the side of the gravy container. It was a little off-putting, and I feel as if they should wear hair nets when dealing with the food.

This team was just outstanding. I have been a retail manager for 30 yrs and wish I would have had more employees like AJ. Having just moved here from Arizona and never having been to your place he was just what was needed. He was full of recommendations and let me try some things I had never heard of or had! Who knew cream corn could taste so good fried, and the pickles were ridiculous too. And I have no idea why anyone eats Popeyes or Canes because your chicken was better by a huge margin!! Thank you for everything, I can’t wait to visit again!!!!!

We visit this location quite often. Needless to say the last two times we have ordered, our order has been incorrect. I tried reaching out to the restaurant on today after receiving an incorrect order after my husband arrived back home. And the phone number for the business location is stating it has changed, with no forwarding phone number to contact anyone at the store location. This is very unprofessional and very disappointing. How is it that get a chicken order incorrect after repeating the order back for accuracy. Overall, if an employee cannot do their job satisfactory and not satisfied with their place of employment. Don’t take it out on the consumer. Find you somewhere else to work, because this type of behavior shows a careless attitude, presented with unsatisfactory service.

This place has the best hush puppies and corn nuggets! Soft and buttery inside but crunchy outside. The rolls are also yummy. Worth visiting every now and then.
8:46 pm and th dining room is locked . Sign says open till 10:00 . The girl in the lobby who was sweeping ignored my knocking and pulled her phone out to started scrolling. Needed to pee and order 4 meals. Drive thru was slow with only 2 cars in it. Then they ignored the options we requested on the co.bo. they gave us 3 plain nu.ber ones with rolls. We asked foe biscuits and they gave spicy poppers that we did not order to our one person that can't handle spicy. We'll at least they got my damn money for it .disappointing all around.

Ordered inside and waited 50 minutes to get my order. Only one guy was putting orders together. The other 5 workers were just walking around aimlessly talking about their personal life and other stuff instead of getting ppl their food. They seem to hire nothing but children 17 yrs old and below which probably explains the terrible service. They need to stop trying to be like cane's and hire professional workers that act like they care about their jobs. At a slightly less cost than Popeyes this place isn't worth it . The service is terrible but the chicken is still good but not as good as Popeyes or church's. I'd rather pay 5 dollars more on the family meals at Popeyes and get better chicken and way better service than spend 50 minutes waiting for above average tasting fried chicken .
