You screw up an order and then argue and make excuses even though we order this all the time. Stop blabbing and arguing. You lost a customer because you dont listen and basically your customer service is shit!

Such a fantastic lunch. We are new to Texas and never have tried crust before. Service and food/price were excellent!

Best I can say is the pizza is not memorable. Crust is ok. Sauce is very bland. Toppings we ok. That's it. Almost tasted like they made cheese bread and left off the sauce. The sauce that was on the pizza just didn't seem to have much flavor to it. Also, when we arrived it took quite a bit to get helped at the carryout. I was the only person in the store with 3 guys making pizza. Eventually a 4th guy came from the back.

Anyhow, likely won't be back.

Absolutely LOVE Crust! They’ve recently become my family’s default dinner for going out. They’ve staff is wonderful and SO kind (Shout out Travis)! My daughter also loves the outdoor seating section with the small outdoor patio she can play and make friends in. Good food, great people, and a nice atmosphere.

Didn’t actually eat here today, though typically the food is good. Ordered a pizza in person asked it to be packed to go, couldn’t order without providing a phone #. I get it if it’s a call in- but I’m actually standing in the store. This is poor management when it comes to pick up and go business lunch time.
