Vulnerable moment: Since being diagnosed with gastritis, my health and diet has been turned upside down. Making plans in advance is impossible because I never know how sick i will be. The hamburger buns were delicious! A friend who eats gluten had one and said they tasted better than “normal” ones!
One of my co-workers bought the Vegan Almond Strawberry Cake for my birthday when the office manager failed to take my dietary restrictions into account (dairy and gluten free). The whole thing was delicious and moist, but my favorite was the frosting.....it was AMAZING!! I can't recommend this bakery enough. I will be telling everyone. Thank you!
