Had a cake emergency and these ladies were phenomenal! Brought my vision to life on extremely short notice, and were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much ladies, you really saved the day!

I usually casually come here during the day, but tonight the young girl behind the counter was very rude to me and my son. That was the first time I ever had a bad experience here, but I will try stick to going during the day when the parents are working.

There’s a deal on the app today for a free cookie. My husband tried to get his at this location near our home. The employee working there had him redeem the reward in his app, then she refused to give him the cookie, apparently because she couldn’t figure out how to ring it up at the register. She told him to call customer service (the number posted wasn’t being answered), and then just ignored us. So he no longer has the reward to try at a different location, and he got no cookie.

Tried to use my birthday reward here to get my 4 year old son an icecream scoop. The employees watched my reward tick down from 5 minutes to zero on their mobile app and the internet at their shop wouldn’t pull up my reward. The time expired and still the issue wasn’t resolved and the workers refused to honor it. Won’t be going back. Really wish I could give zero stars to resemble the amount of action taken to help resolve this.

I’m very disappointed. I’ve gotten my daughter’s cookie cakes here for years and all that was supposed to be on this cake was an umbrella. The first time I went in to look at it the umbrella was almost square and was horribly drawn. I told them it did not look nice at all. So I had them redo the umbrella and came back. It was minimally better but still it is the ugliest cake I’ve ever bought. But the party is today and I just took it and left. But I’m angry to have paid that much for this hideous thing. Angry mom here!

I ordered on-line the day of. I ordered a pre-designed cake from the website. I came to the location picked it up -seamlessly. Tasted and looked great!

Went there for fresh cookies and felt the cookies in front of cashier told her they were hard as a brick she still just charged my card I then told her again she just was like huh I repeated it to her she just was so lost!! I just took the cookies and walked away…staff is not aware looking, seems to look like they are zombies or something. Yea I’d take my money else where

If I am going to pay $8 for 3 cookies they ought to be fresh, not stale.
Will not return.

We ordered a cake for our daughter’s 2nd birthday. It was fresh and overall taste was great but the design was terrible. I asked for a Minnie Mouse cake and this cake did not look like Minnie Mouse. When you request a design beware that they may not be able to execute the design. If they aren’t able to do these designs like requested, that’s fine but they need to voice that so the cake doesn’t look terrible. After bringing the cake home my husband called to complain, they offered a full refund if we brought it back but we needed a cake for the birthday party so we opted not to. I hope in the future they communicate with their customers if they’re unable to do a specific design that was requested. (The photos- The very obvious Minnie Mouse cookie cake that says “Happy Birthday Charlotte” is the reference photo we gave. The cookie cake that says “Happy 2nd Birthday, Scarlett” is what we got).

I ordered a cookie cake for my son's graduation open house & it was perfect! I placed my order online in the morning & it was ready by early afternoon on the same day. Everyone loved it!

Raj, behind the counter, was super patient. I wanted one of everything because it looked so good, and he patiently waited while I narrowed my decision down. The cookie sandwich is addicting!

These cookies can be really great sometimes but there are other times they are kinda stale. The staff is present but seems out of it. The whole location could use some QC. When everything aligns right they really do have some great cookies and ice cream.
