Great American Cookies

I ordered on-line the day of. I ordered a pre-designed cake from the website. I came to the location picked it up -seamlessly. Tasted and looked great!

Went there for fresh cookies and felt the cookies in front of cashier told her they were hard as a brick she still just charged my card I then told her again she just was like huh I repeated it to her she just was so lost!! I just took the cookies and walked away…staff is not aware looking, seems to look like they are zombies or something. Yea I’d take my money else where

If I am going to pay $8 for 3 cookies they ought to be fresh, not stale.
Will not return.

We ordered a cake for our daughter’s 2nd birthday. It was fresh and overall taste was great but the design was terrible. I asked for a Minnie Mouse cake and this cake did not look like Minnie Mouse. When you request a design beware that they may not be able to execute the design. If they aren’t able to do these designs like requested, that’s fine but they need to voice that so the cake doesn’t look terrible. After bringing the cake home my husband called to complain, they offered a full refund if we brought it back but we needed a cake for the birthday party so we opted not to. I hope in the future they communicate with their customers if they’re unable to do a specific design that was requested. (The photos- The very obvious Minnie Mouse cookie cake that says “Happy Birthday Charlotte” is the reference photo we gave. The cookie cake that says “Happy 2nd Birthday, Scarlett” is what we got).

I ordered a cookie cake for my son's graduation open house & it was perfect! I placed my order online in the morning & it was ready by early afternoon on the same day. Everyone loved it!

Raj, behind the counter, was super patient. I wanted one of everything because it looked so good, and he patiently waited while I narrowed my decision down. The cookie sandwich is addicting!

These cookies can be really great sometimes but there are other times they are kinda stale. The staff is present but seems out of it. The whole location could use some QC. When everything aligns right they really do have some great cookies and ice cream.

Awful. We just left. The cookies LOOKED day old,at least. I bought some anyway while my kid got ice cream. Gross. Stale and hard. Won't be back. The malls bake them up actually daily lol. This location is terrible.

She called the day before to make sure they would have the order ready in the morning but they had no record of the order. She then went there and made sure they had the order. I got there right when they opened the day of the party and they couldn't find the order again. It took around 15 minutes for them to make a cake that looked like a child made it. It was supposed to be a ring but you be the judge from the picture. $75 is the biggest rip off ever for this.

3.2 stars… no wonder. Customer service is non existent. Spelled our kids name wrong on a cookie cake, then tells us we told them to spell it that way. The art work done on the cake looked like it was done by a child. When you’re spending $50 on a cake, you should at least get your moneys worth. They offered a refund if we brought the cake back, but the party was already going. Lesson learned. Use H‑E‑B. This place is a joke and useless.

No one answering the phone to pick up a cake

Horrible customer service and products.

Tried to get an ice cream sandwich and the lady told us they can’t do it. They had plenty of cookies and plenty of ice cream. But for no reason what so ever they can’t do it. I need to speak to somebody about this. It’s the third time this has happened with no explanation.

The lady I spoke with Saturday, the 9th was very rude and hard to understand. She told me, at 4pm, the earliest I could pickup a cake was 9pm Saturday or 12:30 Sunday. So, I called back 5 minutes later to try and do a 12:30pm appt. She then told me, I’m broken English. That the next appt was 1:30pm Sunday. An hour later.She was awfully rude and snide and I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Totally do not recommend this place
