First of all the guy taking our order said they were out of onion rings and immediately said nevermind we have onion rings. Then he had a bit of an attitude because our card declined and we asked to have it swiped again. When we got our order they forgot our ranch as well so not over the top service but the food was good.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. When I got home, the bread was so hard it felt like it had been microwaved for far too long—almost like a certified weapon. To make matters worse, the cheese was completely cooked onto the box, rendering it inedible. This is absolutely ridiculous, and not what I expected when I ordered. The quality of the food was unacceptable, and I feel like I’ve wasted my money.

Worst service ever and the rudest know it all general manager. Order was missing four tacos.. only got the burgers we ordered and was missing one of them but stayed he personally put it together and he never messes up. But sir ya messed this one up🙄 not hard to fix it mess up... Gave us attitude about coming back to get what we had paid for said he'd give us the tacos but ignored the burger missing. Some people just shouldn't be in a customer service based industry... Oh side note he even looked at the bag three times before giving it to us checking it like the bag was going to tell him it was all there lol

I ordered the sausage breakfast meal. My hashbrown was bitten off and put back in the wrapper. I didn't notice until I went to work. I couldn't go back because I would have been late for work. I called, but got no answer. I left a message but got no reply. Jack In The Box off 646 in Victory Lake Shopping Center. I heard horror stories but decided to give it a try anyway. Please beware.
