We used to love coming to this place but the last few times the customer service has been terrible. Not sure what's got the man in the hut so angry but I can tell you this mom of 3 won't be returning to get such bad service.
Horrible service!! We showed up at 8:20 and on our last order the guy with the pony tail/man bun told us we close at 9 so you need to speed it up. There was no one else there and I cannot believe he told us that! We had to watch him to make sure he didn’t do something to or order. And to top it off he was slow preparing the snow cones and made one wrong! Don’t waste your time and save your money!!
It was my first time going and me being pregnant I was excited at first . But the services were kinda rude . I couldn’t switch out my drink after they messed it up . And I didn’t get a refund . The guy gave me an overfilled leaky cup and didn’t clean it off and was expecting me to take the drink without a top . They put too much syrup in my drink and I tried to ask for another and he wouldn’t let me switch out .
