Today I went to that place and I didn’t feel comfortable at all with the girl who attended us, in fact it was so much that I preferred to eat our ice cream in the car

Probably should replace the wilted cones now that you have power back fro Beryl.

The first impression when we walked in was the bad smell. I wanted to leave, but my daughter insisted she wanted to mix her own. The employee at first seemed very attentive, but when my daughter pointed at something to ask what it was, it was immediately put into her ice cream. I tried to stop him several times but was completely ignored. Despite asking him to stop loud enough, the people sitting inside turned to look at me. I told him that was not what we wanted and asked him to start over. It took nearly 30 minutes to make 3 cups of ice cream. When we checked out, I was charged for the mistake and only new because I asked for an itemized receipt. He did refund me, but not without some back and forth. I'll just drive up to Webster next time. It's not that much further. Smells are better, and the service was also much better.

When ordering online a pint of ice cream costs $9.99 with FREE mix-ins, we went in store and the pint was $9.99 and the mix-ins were an extra $5. $5 FOR SPRINKLES… these people are horrible and are sure to go out of business. Last time we come here!!!!

Tasty ice cream! 4/5 stars only because of the high price ($$). I had the sweet cream with a snickers. The red velvet was amazing as well.

I come here on average of 5 days a week, and I LOVE it here. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. I was just there today, and they were busy. I was so happy to see so many people in there (it was only 8 people in there + me), but it felt nice to know they were getting business. The three people I saw tonight did their job man. I really hope they get payed well. If you have never been here before and need a recommendation of which ice cream to get; Blue cotton candy with rainbow sprinkles is the best ice cream + topping combo I’ve ever had. I HIGHLY recommend you get that. Keep up the good work Marble Slab!❤️

Great ice cream with a good combination of toppings. On weekend, many people with their kids come to enjoy the ice creams.
