They are using Door Dash now instead of their own drivers. The delivery person did not speak English and therefore did not understand my instructions. My pizza was delivered to the apartment matching the gate code. I didn't need much of a reason to stop ordering from Pizza Hut.

Our pizza was great as were the breadsticks. (A bit stingy with the Italian sausage, though.) Arrived on time. With delivery fees plus tip it's like $35 for a medium pizza and breadsticks, which seems a bit steep.

The online order system did not work properly forcing the restaurant to call and have me place my order via phone. My order arrived incorrect. The store manager said they would put a credit on my account. I called the store tonight to first ask how much my account was credited before placing another order. The manager kept interrupting me while giving her my phone number and repeated it incorrectly. While correcting her, she continued interrupting me with other questions. I finally asked her to stop interrupting me to which she yells at me for not listening to her and not answering her questions AS I'M TRYING TO ANSWER HER QUESTION. She then says she's too busy and hangs up. I then get a call from her assistant manger who was very nice. I quickly explained the situation, told him I do NOT feel comfortable eating from their location again, and want a corporate contact number. He places me on hold a couple of times to find his regional manager's or corporate contact. He explained that pizza hut employees have NO WAY OF CONTACTING CORPORATE OR EVEN THEIR IMMEDIATE BOSSES. His manager came back on without telling me it was the same manager to which I had to ask if it was. She then continues to tell me I have no way of contacting corporate and that SHE IS THE BOSS 😂 I was told to file a complaint online even though I already told them that I tried and the contact form isn't working. Which is why I'm leaving this comment here. The online system is messed up. The manager is rude. The store has no way of contacting corporate. The ONE TIME I ever ordered food and the order was both wrong and a gloopy mess.

The fact that I opened this store when I was 18 broke my heart. I ordered my food online through the Pizza hut website for the egret bay blvd. in League city TX and it took over a hour and a half to receive my food. Keep in mind I live less than 2 miles form the store. After a hour long wait I called the store and it rang for an infinite amount of time the phone just hung up. After that I received a phone call from the store stating that they were having trouble with the door dash driver not speaking English. I did not order through door dash and IDK why they were handling my order. Once the food finally arrived all the driver could say was " I'm sorry". Unacceptable I spent over 25.00 on my order and it was cold and uneatable I threw it in the trash any will NEVER order from them again...

Order last night pizza and wings, both were really good!! The food was hot and fresh, so delicious! They have the best wings, no longer going to wing restaurants where I pay a lot and the wings are mediocre and small!
Manager was very professional, positive attitude, and had a focus on quality. Food was delicious and exactly as I would expect it to be. Great job to the manager. Running a great store
