We always eat in the bar area because we like the atmosphere and the live music. The food is excellent and fair priced, which is why we keep coming back.
However, the service is barely acceptable. While the men working in the bar area are friendly and smiling, the service overall is quite indifferent. I mean every time. We have been there over 20 times. Even when we are sitting at the bar, and there are usually 2 to 4 people working behind the bar (right in front of us), we don't get any attention. They will take our first drink order, and serve it. After that, we have to flag them down to order food, and get another drink. It's bizarre to me how consistently they don't look at us. They don't ask any of us if want anything, how is everything... the normal things that go with basic service. Furthermore the woman behind the bar is consistently unfriendly and a bit argumentative. We don't understand why she is in a service position because she seems to genuinely not want to be there.

Thursday night, live music was really good.

Excellent Italian food! I've enjoyed Pomodoro's both dining in and through their catering for many small and large events, and they never disappoint. Everything is consistently fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. My favorite is the snapper with a side of pasta tossed in their pesto cream sauce—it's incredible! My kids also love the lasagna and the Alfredo pasta. Whether you're dining at the restaurant or catering an event, I highly recommend Pomodoro's!

If I were to describe this location in one word it would be - slow! We arrived and our drink orders were taken with the teaser of garlic bread coming. It took nearly 20+ minutes to see it and only after our meals came. And only after multiple reminders. The waiter didn't take ownership passing the buck to someone else. I had to start some acrobatics with the menus even to get someone to come and take our dinner order by then we've been sitting here for nearly 15 minutes. Resturants have two goals - be attentive (good service) and food quality. This location lacks seriously on the first one and the food wasn't piping hot. Why? Because as we left it looks lke the staff was to busy at the front desk goofing off to be of any real help. It wasn't even very busy since we arrived around 7:35pm as a lot of the dinner crowd was leaving. Drink refills were lacking and I ran dry before being offered more tea and water. I think we will stick to the Clear Lake location, but rarely since its further away. Plenty of competition anxious for our hard earned money that do better service wise. I tipped the waiter a lesser amount rather than nothing in the hopes he'll be able to get out of school and find something he'd be better at.

I visited this location at 4 pm on a Friday, it was full of locals. They were nosy and aggressive towards the very nicer server. I observed this chronic inappropriate behavior towards the server go on for 30 minutes. I departed because of this behavior and will never come back here again because of this. I hope management becomes aware of this issues addresses.

This was extremely disappointing because the service was fast and high quality and the server was kind. The bar/restaurant is clean with a nice open concept, lots of stool tops, and a large area with low tables and cushy chairs. The salad I had tasted great and came out fast.

Overall I prefer to not give this a recommendation at this time. I hope the owner sees this review and address the bad attitude of the regulars towards the staff and non regulars that creates a non welcoming atmosphere.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. Our waitress was so hateful. Every word was delivered with a negative tone as if my order was an inconvenience. It is a shame that humans lack genuine kindness and I hope it something they encourage their staff to change.

One of the few places you can have a somewhat quiet conversation with good food and reasonable service.

Overall experience was awesome! There was only one problem, and that was there was only one waitress for about it seemed like well I know there were 30 of us and at least 75 people if not more in this room. It got hot but yet there was one waitress and she was having to play bartender at the same time. Get her service was top notch.

I got an order to go : fettuccine Alfredo & spaghetti and meatballs. How could an Italian place mess this up? It was my 1st time trying them. The food was horrible. The spaghetti sauce tasted like tomato sauce out of a can. I would rather eat spaghetti-o's. The Alfredo was gross. I complained to doordash &got my money back. Absolutely disgusting.

The clam linguini and fried calamari is super good but the soups & pizzas are extremely salty.
