The Bartenders on 4-4-24 evening. Care about there customers. The most important thing of being a bartender is to talk to your customers. To make them feel like they're welcome. Well the bartenders that night not only talked with all there customers they made me feel very important. That's how to bartend. Not a easy job.but these kids know what they are doing. As a ex general manager of a restaurant for 40 years. Very impressed.

Menu price does not reflect ticket price. Burrito Monterrey was 17.95 and ticket was 23.95. No where does it say on menu for $6 up charge for beef. After meal I asked about this after I paid. Then waitress “lost” ticket nor could manager “find” it in system. Then on duty manager blamed owner for not fixing menus.

Here's the problem... Menu prices are not accurate. Most restaurants will note when there are upcharges. Nope, not here... You won't know that you've been charged extra for something unless you catch it yourself. So be warned that it seemed a little sneaky.Service was okay. Food okay. Drinks okay.We'll probably stick to our normal Mexican food restaurant.

I went for dinner this evening and had a horrible experience with the waitress. Really short and not personable at all. Keep in mind it was not busy at all and she kept running from the table.I order beef fajita enchiladas and received ground beef. As I waiting to inform our waitress, she did not come back until my wife was done with her food. Keep in mind she said she would bring her a refill of water and did not do so until she was done with her food. I am disappointed in the service received since she stopped at the table next to us 3 times before she finally came over.Then I had a gentleman come over and say, you order beef fajita and got ground beef? Ummm duh! At this point I'm done with this place. He said your food will be out in 5 min. Once again my wife was done with her food already and I have the waitress say "no you said beef, so I assume you wanted ground beef". But if she needed clarification after I asked for beef fajita enchiladas she should have asked like when she asked if I wanted onions.Then randomly a check pops up to us without asking if we wanted dessert or another beer or shall I say water. At this point I want to leave so I can drink the water I have in the truck.To see that the wrong food was "comped" was a disgrace. Not once did Monica show remorse for her inability to serve us this evening. Only did I get no you order beef.First time coming and probably the last time.
It's a nice place. I didn't like the picadillo nachos at all. Everything else that I've had is really good. The service is great, and we started sitting at the bar it's cozy. The Flautas and Taco Salad are good!

The characters that are actually the hosts, do a fantastic acting job and entertain the guests with their own unique personalities, our host was Nacho Libre, he did a perfect imitation of Jack Black, it was an amazing and fun experience for my family!!!!Kid-friendliness: The characters are absolutely amazing with the children

I was told that it was really good, so I took my mom to lunch there hostes did not acknowledge us until I spoke first. I heard her say something to a staff member I stated to her ohhhh you can speak.. I was not impressed with the food and I will never go there again. I am really being kind cause it did not get better..

Went with a group of 7 other ladies for lunch on a Saturday. We had a great time. Food and drinks were awesome. I had the fajitas and the cucumber jalapeno margarita. Fajitas were delicious and the margarita was just right. Not too spicy. The only thing... Wish they had a patio.
