Placed an online order. When husband went to pick it up 2 employees were fighting in the kitchen. Took 30 minutes to eventually get our food and it was wrong! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable to be fighting in front of customers and not fulfilling an order correctly! Will NOT return and will tell others to stay away if this is how you're going to conduct business!
This location was terrible! There was so much mustard on the sandwich that you couldn't taste anything else and the Mozzarella cheese was way too much. This was my first (and last) visit to this location. The one on Bay Area Boulevard is excellent.
This place has something wrong all the time. They've been out of olive oil for a month. Last 2 times their machines would accept credit. Get your act together manager.
