“Everything was decent. I ordered ahead and unfortunately they didn't utilize the pick up shelves so I was waiting for the employees to finish a large order before getting my food. This would have been an issue had I been in a hurry. The pretzel was over cooked, otherwise everything was fine.“
“I'm really happy that I've been able to work with you guys for a long time, but I'm not really that pleased with the level of sandwich making I've seen from your employees. I mean, I get that the grill is a complicated piece of machinery that deserves your full attention, but some of the things I've witnessed are simply unacceptable. Get your head on straight, guys! Be the most!“
“I went into this Subway on a Wednesday morning at around 10:15. It was day 3 of being without power because of Hurricane Beryl. Maribel and Cindy were kind and helpful. Most of the local businesses had opened up their drive-thrus but weren't allowing their customers to come inside their establishments to get relief from the 100° heat. Cindy and Meribel allowed me to sit inside, charge my phone and tablet, & work. I am so grateful to Subway and the employees at this location for showing compassion for customers during this very stressful time.“
“This Subway is the best one in our area, and we even drive farther just to come here. The restaurant is always clean, which is a big plus. However, the quality of the sandwiches can be hit or miss—some days they’re made well, but other times they’re thrown together without much care. Overall, it’s still our go-to location, but consistency could be improved.
PLEASE NOTE: I did not open the sandwich. I did not re-arrange any vegetables. This is EXACTLY how it was given to me at the register. Uneven and disorderly. And no, it was not rush time.“
