This is one of the reviews I make when I'm genuinely disturbed after ordering through a drivethru. I came to this location around 6:00 pm give or take. I ordered a hamburger with no cheese combo and the spicy chicken combo, one of the few things I asked was for a handful of fancy and spicy ketchup, there was no ketchup in the bag. I asked if my hamburger can come with grilled onions, and to my disappointment it was ignored, and I only found out until later when I came to my apartment. I'm creating this review as my two cents and as a reminder to refrain from shopping here for a couple of months or so

I’m sorry I usually never do this but I was in the drive thru line waiting at the window, already paid for 13 minutes. There’s nothing “fast” about this fast food location. Employees are nice but it’s so infuriating how long it takes.

I just want to give a shout out to Alex at Whataburger. I placed an order on my app and I went to go pick it up and then I realized it the selected the wrong Whataburger. I called the Whataburger where I placed the order and Alex was so nice. He said don’t worry about it and he will remake food. I was so thankful because I was so overwhelmed with death in the family and embarrassed I made the mistake and it he said no worries at all. I arrived and we had fresh everything! Thank you so much!

Came here the other day and got a burger there was no lettuce, no mayo no pickles on it. I also asked for the onion rings to be extra crispy, they were anything but crispy. They were soggy and not cooked all the way. And on my husband's burger they did not put cheese on it. Why ask how I want something made if you're just gonna put whatever you want on it. I could not eat it, it was disgusting. And I been coming to this location for years. Yall really went down hill.

First of all for the whole company your burgers are shit . There very heavy, the bun is squished and there is alot of grease. Second the employees are not friendly in all you establishments. The buildings inside andout look not well kept. Im really surprised people buy food at you stores. I would suggest a total revamping of your food and people training also remodeling your stores.
