If their printer does not print your order that you order online, they will say that it was not paid for, and that DoorDash are basically picking up the order for free. Of course, this does not make any sense because Dashers are not sent to stores for free and we have an order number that even though was not physically printed out by the stupid little printer, you can look up in the system and see that it was in fact paid for and should be then made For the customer to be delivered. But whatever it is the grease fumes the fact that it’s so late at night whatever it is has taken away this particular woman’s ability to logically spell the reason why she’s not giving me the order is beside the point the fact is she accused me of stealing food and trying to pick up something for free when I have an order number which in all Reality is the evidence and the receipt that the order was paid for by the customer and is to be delivered by me, but this woman’s arguments as nonsensical as they were were able to stand and they could not have been more relieved to not make food, but I wish that they would just say that that they would rather not make food That is ordered online And would not let me place the order and pay for it to be made. The whole thing was just dismissed as they just simply did not want to make food that night.

Please have your female workers wear their hair tied and a hairnet net when preparing people food in the kitchen.
I went in around 9:15 p.m. (3/16/25) after a long shift and just wanted to grab a quick bite. I was pretty grossed out after that and lost my appetite. Kind of a waste of $14

I placed an order for a large chocolate shake. After drinking a fourth of the beverage, I couldn't help but notice that it had an odd taste. The taste was odd because it was a vanilla shake instead of a chocolate shake. 👀 I had almost made my arrival to my home and didn't bother going back. The cost of a large snake is too high to be served an incorrect order. I am not pleased. As an avid customer from the 1970's, T-H-I-S was one of the only items that I'd choose to purchase. The quality of the food is no longer what it used to be.

If you are the owner of this establishment, make me understand. What's the purpose of the app if you still have me wait close to 30 minutes for my meal. Mind you, I placed my order (#2047782)at 4:45 AM, I get there at 5:00. 15 minutes have already passed. I pull up to the window, The lady hands me my drinks, and one of them is my coffee. Now the waiting begins. 5:07, nothing. 5:10 nothing. I start honking. No one is coming to the window. I see the lady taking my order walking around. I continue to honk. My coffee is already getting cold. 5:24, the lady who attended me, comes and hands me my order. Why did it take so long? "We were waiting on your pancakes." Don't believe me, check the camera, I was waving and motioning to the camera. Also, I was the only one there. No other customers inside or outside being served.
