It’s 1:28AM on a Friday morning and I’ve been standing at the counter for 9 minutes being completely ignored by the five employees who’ve repeatedly walked by me and the other people in line like we do not exist. Terrible service. I received better service at the Dope Fiend Whataburger on Guadalupe in Austin.

Honestly I love Whataburger but this location really was the worst experience yet. I received my food and the chicken was dry. Also part of my order was missing. And we sat and waited 34 minutes to receive it while we watched people after us got their food. We had to go up twice to remind them because they forgot about our order. All in all the Customer service was poor, and we won’t be going to this Whataburger location.

OMG this is the best Whataburger ever! Great service and hot food ! We were actually really surprised thinking it was just gonna be like normal fast food but honestly this has been the greatest experience. The food was soo delicious and so hot it was great!
