She finally found my order but still couldn't get my name right even after she found my order. I called at 4:15 and ordered a 8 piece and 5 strip combo to be ready at 8:30. I arrived at 8:15, to allow time to pay and get drinks before our food would be ready. That was not the case, the food was already ready. I thought well good thing I came early. When we got to the car I reached in the bag for a French fry and they were ice cold.. I then proceeded to open the wing box, thinking surely they aren't ice cold.... but they were. Like how long has the food been sitting there?...read full review
