Sad excuse for customer service. Boy and girl up front too busy chatting, giggling and on their phones to even reach her hand out for my cash. Messaged the company and no response.
We love Menchies. We don’t go as often as we’d like (once or twice a year), but every time we’ve been has been great. Even on a VERY busy 4th of July, the place was clean and the staff very courteous.
